Everything was perfect! Was a great size for family of 4, we enjoyed all the amenities. We cannot wait to stay again next year hopefully, was close to beach and in a good safe area. We do wish the pool was heated but it warmed up enough by late afternoon to enjoy!

overall a great stay. The staff was very responsive. There were a few issues overall-Dryer was degraded and noisy, needing repair-Kitchen island table leaf needs adjustment as wouldnt stay level -Propane was out

Wonderful stay, bring your own pans for cooking!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and clean as well as the pool and grill which both got a lot of use! So nice to be that close to the beach. They provided several beach items. We were very happy to see a beach umbrella but disappointed when we got to the beach and the umbrella was actually broken. All the pots and pans were very scratched and we hated cooking in them because the coatings from the pans were coming off into the food since they were so scratched up. Other than the umbrella and cookwear we really enjoyed our stay especially the pool for our kids!

Amazing family house!

We absolutely loved this vacation rental. The pool was amazing, the location to the beach was perfect and the privacy was fantastic! We will absolutely look for this rental for future vacations!

Perfect House for a Family of 4!

Perfect Beach house for our family of 4! Super close to the beach. Very Clean. Easy check-in. Beautiful pool and back deck. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay on the beach! We loved the quick walk (less than 3 minutes) to the public beach, all of the great beach equipment available for use, the lovely backyard pool, and the quiet street. Our main objective for this trip was to maximize beach time and this home made that possible! As with any rental, there are always a few things that could be improved. For us, the very low-quality bedding (synthetic materials make for HOT and uncomfortable sleeping) and the very few provided towels were small frustrations. We were so thankful for the washer and dryer! Additionally, if you are planning this trip as a beach trip bring with or order for delivery beach towels, none are included, and you get one bath towel per person for your stay. There are no additional blankets, pillows, or extras anywhere either, which was okay but seems to be the norm with these corporate owned properties, and is not our preference. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Kenough weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little place perfect for 2-4 people. There was no dishwasher which was not posted in the listing description. The island with the fold up table portion should be replaced as it’s not functional to sit at and eat. The washer and dryer should be updated, very outdated and it’s very difficult to do a load of laundry when the doors don’t stay open. There are bricks on the pool deck that are not stable and have broken. The cleaners cleaned what they had to and nothing beyond. Floor was sandy when we arrived, dust bunnies under beds and behind doors. Baseboards and ceiling fans were dusty and mirrors were not cleaned. Duvet covers and decorative pillow cases should be cleaned more regularly as they were soiled and stained. But overall the place was comfortable, cute and cozy. You cannot beat the proximity to the ocean. However, high tide will force you off the beach between 3-5 pm at this location.
