This is close to downtown , spacious and very clean. My sister and I had wonderful trip with plays and good food. This is our second time staying at this property and it’s our go to for visiting our family in Spokane.

Loved this very clean and adorable little apartment located in the upstairs of a beautiful craftsman house. I would recommend for a single person or a couple staying in the area. It’s close to some cute neighborhoods and natural spaces.

Quiet residential area, apartment was clean and in good repair. Communication and check-in was excellent. My first experience with VRBO and will definitely use this service again.

Everything is cleaned. Let u know that shower in bathroom where faucet cold/ hot is too hard to pull to run water and little leak water when shut off water.

great stay in Spokane

Jessica's place was a great find! It was clean and comfortable, the perfect spot to stay for our weekend in Spokane. Jessica was quick to respond to all my questions and an extra bonus was that it's conveniently located near some great local restaurants!

OH MY GOODNESS this property was so perfect for me and my sisters visit with family in May 2026 . We loved everything about it -- clean, comfortable, walkable community with a fantastic coffee shop near it. Cool nights and we opened the windows and put a fan in the window. It was wonderful cool sleeping under a big comforter . We went downtown, we hiked Pitcher and Bowl park, we ate at lots of great restaurant's, we went to Gonzaga University to say we had been there and more. Every morning we walked around Audubon park (its 1 mile around the park) and every morning we met someone walking their dog that was soooo friendly and chatty. We LOVE this community and we LOVE the host. She is very easy to get in touch with and made sure our trip was PERFECT. We will be back -- thank you so much.

Jessica was a communicative and friendly host, and her apartment was clean and homey. I accidentally left my lunchbox in the fridge when I checked out, and Jessica swung by the apartment within an hour to get it for me! Would definitely stay here again!

My hubbie and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. Nice neighborhood and convenient location. The apartment had a nice layout with everything we needed. Plenty of street parking.

This was a great place to stay, and we'll definitely stay here if we visit Spokane again. We loved the apartment and really appreciated having a washer and dryer. But more than anything, the customer service we received was next level. We accidentally left something behind that was very valuable, and the owner found it and shipped it to us. Many thanks!

Great location

I would give this a five stars, except for the entrance steep stairs and ac didn't really cool the entire apartment. Otherwise good place to stay. Hoat very responsive.

Excellent for couples, feels like home

We stayed for 8 days and the apartment more than met our expectations. The location is beautiful and peaceful, yet not far from anything. There are several restaurants and a small convenience store within walking distance. Everywhere around the apartment felf very safe. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need for cooking, laundry and dryer, etc. The living area as well as bedroom are spacious and cozy. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. This is the best value for money you will find, would definitely stay again!

Quiet and easy

Check in was easy. Basic necessities were available in the kitchen for dishes. Bonus amenities: washer and dryer, heater in bathroom, shampoo available. It was very quiet even though near busy streets, the road noise was minor. Inconspicuous location of the apartment. On-street parking (which turned out helpful for Uber pickup and dropoff). Very clean! 5 stars!

was way too hot even with the air conditioning going. we couldn’t even hang out in the living room. also took a long time to be able to cool down the bedroom to be able to sleep. Other than that, everything was perfect.

First of all, this place would be five stars across the board except for the appearance of the stairwell into the place which is highly misleading and the noise from the adjacent street. This place is well provisioned, cozy, and well worth staying at. There are many thoughtful touches and plenty of comfy additions to make one feel at home. As far as the entryway into the apartment, it really just needs a fresh coat of paint. The stairs are a bit steep so people with mobility issues or elderly folks may have issues there. The street, Alberta, is a southbound arterial so you will hear whooshing cars going by and especially hear them early in the morning. I will say that I didn't hear any blaring car speakers and just one obnoxiously loud motorcycle (although the weather probably played a part in the lack of motorcycles out over the weekend.)However, the car noise fades into the background after awhile so not a deterrent to staying here. The neighborhood is nice and just to the west is a beautiful city park called Audubon Park. Northwest Boulevard, which is close to the place, is very lovely with spectacular views of the Spokane River if you head just a mile or so northwest (?). All in all, well worth the very reasonable price that they ask. I never met the property manager but she was responsive and willing to meet my needs except that I didn't really have any. Now if only she could have dialed in some more sunshine for me that particular weekend, especially on Sunday run day

We enjoyed our stay. Vrbo could do a better job of making minor changes to the reservation. Our host was most helpful with that.
