This bright, airy villa offers a sunken Living Room with an oversized sofa (converts to a King Sleeper) with leather recliners to enjoy the 70' Smart/Cable TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances , granite countertops and a kitchen bar that seats four. Dining room table seats 6 or dine Al fresco on the private patio table for four. The fully stocked kitchen allows for elaborate meal preparation with all the comforts of home! Gas grills available by the pool. The tropical grounds of St Andrews Common boast easy access to the pool just across from the villa, 2 bikes for your convenience within a quiet neighborhood with southern charm.

Completing this single-level , first floor villa is the primary bedroom with its king bed, 55" Smart TV, and ensuite primary bathroom with a separate vanity from the water closet with a shower/tub combination and restroom.

Two high and two low beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a beach cart are provided for your beach convenience. Umbrellas can be rented from the beach life guards.

The Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a seasonal, on-call shuttle service located within the resort and will pick you up in the parking lot. Guests may drive 1.1 miles and park at the Dunes House where shoreside bathrooms/showers are available.
