Host was very friendly and helpful. Cozy house on the beach with great views and nice hot water for the shower. Only thing was trying to find matches to light the gas stove to cook our fish that we caught that day.

Great Home by the Beach

We loved the down-home charm of this property. It was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfy the bathroom was nice. We loved the outdoor patio and views of the sea while barbecuing and enjoying coffee and drinks. The house is a quick drive to plenty of amenities including gas station, grocery, hardware store and everything else you might need from town. The beach was beautiful and the access was very easy by a two minute walk to the water.

Well priced, well equipped home very close to the Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to Rocky Point many many times over the last 15 years-had never stayed in Las Conchas- it was a nice change. The house is in a great location. It's very dated but well equipped. The King mattress feels about as dated as the house- a new firmer one would be most welcomed- it's super soft/sinking. The beach in front of the house has a lot of rocks during low tide. The host & management co (Oceano Rentals) were top notch, responsive communicators & provided excellent, above & beyond customer service.
