Big family? A large group of friends? This amazing beach house is perfect for you! Walk right out the door and onto the beach!

Look at the pictures, they are worth a thousand words.
Large kitchen, very well equipped.
Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, we stream Netflix all the time.
Located in a gated community with 24x7 security.

A little more about our beach house:

While this is listed as 8 beds (10 people), Room #2 (with the two bunk beds) has a bunk bed with a single on the top and a FULL on the bottom which our two young daughters love to share, so if you really need the space, you can sleep 11. The 3rd room is a casita which is perfect for older kids who wants time away from the adults.

Food:
We frequently visit the local fish market, where you can buy shrimps and fresh fish for a great price. There is a nice BBQ grill outside, along with a sitting area. For groceries, you can visit Sam's Club or Walmart just 15min away, that is where we do most of our shopping (I will send you Google map links to everything)

Later in the day as the sun starts to set, light up the fire pit and enjoy the amazing sunset on the beach. When night falls, turn off all the lights in the house and go stargazing; The visibility at night is beyond this world.

The Playa Encanto location cannot be beat. It is far away from the resort development at Sandy Beach so we had a big beautiful beach almost all to ourselves. The house itself was charming and quite comfortable. A couple of notes that might help future guests plan... I would not have been comfortable sleeping in the casita because it is separate from the house. That's personal preference. I probably would have let my adult children sleep out there together. The kitchen is not particularly well stocked. A big group would be doing dishes frequently. BYO condiments and spices. BYO beach towels, sand toys and beach chairs.We didn't have the chance to use the kayak but were happy it was there. Next time! It's a good 20 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. About 30-35 minutes to Wrecked on the Reef. We didn't mind, it was so worth it to have such a peaceful location. The restaurant Santo Coyote at the neighboring highrise resort (1.5 miles east on the beach, easily walkable) was AMAZING. Well worth the resort price point!!

Host was very welcoming. Checked on us periodically. Best location ever. Quiet and calming. We could watch our preteen from the porch as she walked along the sand. We did have problem with the key pad but she fixed it.

We got there and everything was unlocked. The house was clean. There are only two bedrooms in the house. One separate bedroom in the garage. That was a bummer as I didn’t want my kids outside. Having a house on the beach was absolutely incredible. Would have loved to be up on the roof. (Stairs are broken). We were the only ones on the beach most the time, with only 3 solicitors the whole day. Also best price out of any listing.

Property was as described. We had a wonderful time would definitely be back. Wonderful host beautiful sunsets and getting to see the Milky Way was a really great experience. Perfect sandy beach great spot for kayaking and we saw dolphins up close one day was wonderful.

Fabulous and quiet beach! Stunning sunsets and warm water, perfect for long walks and shell hunting. It’s great to have access to the sea kayak and boogie boards. I would stay again because we had a lovely time and the price was good. The house was good and needs some maintenance and some more kitchen items like glasses. The bed frame in the main bedroom was broken resulting in the box springs partially resting on the ground. We were able to rig it, but it needs to be fixed. Someone recently had fish in the freezer and the smell was very strong. We bought baking soda in town and that tamed it. The AC in the main bedroom is not working well and the toilet paper holder in the second bathroom falls off when you go to change the paper. Tea kettle does not work. The place just needs some TLC, but it is wonderful to sit on the patio or walk down to the ocean.

The place was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. It really was like having our own private beach. We could count the number of other people we saw each day. The kitchen had a coffee maker, dishwasher, powerful microwave, double sided sink, fridge, and all of the tools you need for cooking. Towels and hand towels are provided. I would recommend bring your own wash clothes and beach towels. Though the house is a distance away from most stores, there is a convenient store nearby. They are closed on Sundays though. There are also a couple of restaurants at the nearby towers. Liad was a great host and very accommodating.

We loved our ocean views, steps away from the beach. An issue we ran into, was the back sliding door was not easy to open and was not sealing when closed which made outside air come in and made it hot/humid inside. Another detail that was missed, the AC units could of been on before we got there. It made our arrival a little uncomfortable coming into a hot house. And having to wait over 3hours for the house to cool down. Our stay was comfortable after that and enjoyed the beautiful views. The host was very easy to contact and responded in a timely manner.

We have stayed here multiple times and love the property and specially the location. The room with bunks is perfect for the kids, who enjoy playing with the canoe and the boogie boards. There are no stores nearby so make sure to bring everything that you will need. The stairway to the observatory was being repaired so we couldn't use it this time. Overall, we love it, we recommend it and we will keep coming.
