**The Space**

Inside, you’ll find a modern, open-plan living space and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing family meals. The condo features two serene bedrooms, both furnished with plush king-sized beds for ultimate comfort, and two updated bathrooms.

Step outside onto your private lanai, which includes a gas grill and a dining area for four—ideal for an evening barbecue. This condo is designed for both relaxation and fun. For families, we provide essentials like a crib, high chair, and a selection of children’s books and toys. If you need to mix work with pleasure, a dedicated workspace is also available.

As part of the 5-unit Seatuit Boat & Beach Club, you’ll share access to fantastic amenities:
* A stunning heated saltwater pool and integrated hot tub, which comes alive at night with colorful lights.
* A waterfront dock perfect for fishing, launching the provided kayaks, or simply relaxing by the water.
* Fun extras like an air hockey table and pool basketball.

**Guest Access**

You will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, as well as your personal lanai. The pool, hot tub, dock, and other outdoor amenities are shared with guests from the other four units, creating a friendly community atmosphere.

Check-in is available 24/7 via a smart lock. You will receive your unique access code before arrival. One assigned parking spot is included with your stay; additional guest parking is also available.

Your waterfront retreat is perfectly positioned. You’re just 2 miles from the vibrant downtown Cape Coral entertainment district and the local Yacht Club beach.

**Getting Around**

With direct Gulf access from our canal, this is a boater’s dream. Your stay includes a dedicated boat slip, so don’t forget to bring or rent a boat to explore the beautiful waterways of Southwest Florida fully.

* To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours for the pool area are from 10 pm to 8 am.
* High-speed Wi-Fi and beach essentials are included to make your stay seamless.
* Your host lives locally and is available for problem-solving or to offer local advice.
