This was our second time staying at Scott’s place and we absolutely love it. The location, communication with the kind owner, and overall experience is always 10/10. We love the short walk to the beach and the fenced yard for our dogs. The covered spot is very level and simple enough to back into with our 42’ fifth wheel. I highly recommend this spot if you enjoy having space and peace unlike a RV park

Fantastic location! The beach is literally 2 blocks down the street, if that. The property is clean, easy to access, gates allow for easy entrance and exit. I was even able to park my F350 dually inside the one gate, so there is plenty of room. The RV itself is great! Traveling with a 6'3, 280lb linebacker of a boyfriend can be a little difficult to find a place with adequate shoulder room. This place had plenty of room! We had a minor issue with the mattress in the main bedroom and our host immediately answered with a few suggestions we could try and even offered compensation if we weren't happy with anything. 10 out of 10 stars!

We have just ordered a new mattress in hopes that the bedroom is more comfortable going forward, especially when you come back and visit with us!! We ordered a new Sleepy (Seally) RV matteress.(We had them in the past and loved them) We do want you to come back to see us and we will have that new mattress waiting for you all when you are ready to come back! We will get that linebacker of yours a comfortable nights sleep! 😄 Maybe the fish will even bite better for you next time as well! Great RV spot for people with dogs

Private, fenced area right in front of your RV space big enough for my two german shepherd dogs to play. Convenient to beach and shopping. Clean and nice fire pit! Very attentive hosts!

Total Tranquility

The property was very well taken care of and clean! Scott, was very quick to respond to whatever we needed and was hands on when needed. The only thing I recommend is getting long hose for the drains. Other than that, we felt safe and truly relaxed.

Perfect getaway

The location and property were perfect. We were able to enjoy sitting outside each morning with the dogs in their fenced yard. And then in the evening we got to enjoy the concerts that we could hear from margaritaville. The beach was right at the end of the street, and there were places to eat just a short drive away. Scott was available for anything that we needed. We will be coming back for sure!!

Awesome Site for Your Camper!

This site was perfectly located and quiet. The site was hard to back in and pull out of with my 33FT trailer but all the other amenities make up for it. Very clean and well cared for. The site is very level and plenty of room to hang out and cook or just to relax around the site. Our family had a great time and we are sure to be back. Make sure you have a converter if you only have a 30AMP camper. The site only has 50AMP connections. Also, if your black/grey water connections are towards the middle or front of the camper, make sure you have plenty of hoses because the connections are located on the back side of the property. Overall a fantastic experience.

Everything was perfect at Scott's place. He was extremely accommodating despite all of our last minute requests. RV was well stocked with anything we needed and the location was perfect. Close to everything, but also felt secluded. We are already discussing when we can get back to the beach and hope Scott's place is available for our next visit.
