The best way to go around the east side of Austin is to take I-35. You can also take Highway 183 or Highway 71, but these roads will take you through more of the city.

If you`re coming from the north, take I-35 south to the East 183 exit. Follow East 183 until it meets Highway 71. Turn left onto Highway 71 and follow it until you reach the east side of Austin.

If you`re coming from the south, take I-35 north to the East 183 exit. Follow East 183 until it meets Highway 71. Turn right onto Highway 71 and follow it until you reach the east side of Austin.

We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
