The house is located in the charming area of Shavano Park, easy access to major tourist destinations in the city, downtown is 12 minutes from the house

The area of restaurants, cafes and nightlife is 5 minutes away, for more reference please search on the internet photographs of the area, you can find images like "La Cantera", “The Rim”, “Shavano Park”, we thank you for your reviews, and please do not hesitate on asking us any questions.

ROOM #1
King bed with two nightstands and dresser with a TV. Located downstairs with its own master bathroom.
Access to its private two-sink, shower, toilet and closet.

ROOM #2
Queen bed with two nightstands. Located upstairs, you have two closets to use of as well.

ROOM #3
Bunk bed with two twins above and a full bed below. Shelves placed on the side and huge closet to make use of.
In the closet, there are two additional twin pull out beds.

MASTER BATHROOM #1
Double sink, shower. Clean towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner will be provided. Private access through bedroom #1.

BATHROOM #2
Single sink, and bathtub . Clean towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner will be provided. Shared access with bedroom #2 and #3

KITCHEN
It has all the accessories for cooking, dishes (boys, deep and large), cutlery and pans. It has stove with 4 burners, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Includes breakfast bar that sits 3 with a smaller dining room, washer and dryer

LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM
Nice living room that comes with a full sectional sofa. 65” TV. Formal Dining Room sits 6 people.

BACKYARD
Backyard is fully equipped with a 6 burner BBQ, an outside dining nook, a cooler, pool noodles and a full pool for the entire family to enjoy from!

HALF BATHROOM
Half bathroom located at the entrance hallway of the house giving option for guests to use that third bathroom without accessing the other two bathrooms located inside of bedrooms.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. An additional fee will be charged if smoke or smell is detected.

Other things to note
We inform our potential guests that the house is a residential area, where they are asked to remain silent, respect late night hours and above all take into consideration, that there live local people who work day to day , most of our neighbors are older people where they live is their home and we ask that you respect it, since there are people who arrive very late and wake up very early, silence and harmony in the house is fundamental.

THE POOL is only for the use of guests, NO OTHERS CAN BE INVITED, you can not carry glass to pool. Please clean up after yourself, don't play loud music, & remember the schedule is from 8am to 10pm.

There are times when something may not be up to par to your expectations, please contact us as soon as you notice something and we will fix as soon as possible.

We understand that flights, and travel can be unexpected, however we also ask you to understand that it takes time and dedication to deliver the best services we can.
