Paradise on Lake Murray! Haymar House with optional Tritoon rental

How does a lakefront vacation under the stars in a house that stars would approve of sound? That is exactly what you will experience when you stay at Haymar House of Lake Murray!

This large spectacular home boasts incredible views of the lake with gorgeous oaks, pine trees and lush green grass. Enjoy swimming, boating or fishing off your own private lighted dock on a secluded cove. Or, grab a kayak or paddle board and cruise around watching our local wildlife in action.

You can catch some sun on the stone patio near the water or grab a good book in one of the hammock chairs in one of the two massive screened porches complete with propane firepit and a 75 inch smart TV's. Want some AC? Most bedrooms have private climate control and all have a smart TV. You can curl up on one of the couches in either one of the two large living rooms. Want more seclusion? The upstairs private suite has 2 beds, a private living area and a kitchenette! Are you the chef in the family? How about choosing between one of two full kitchens!

Have a large family? This home has 7 bedrooms and sleeps 16 of your closest friends and relatives in style! Have kids? Then we have you covered! There's shuffle board, ping pong, a outdoor pool table, and board games. There's a large bunk bed room that sleeps 8 and has it's own large screen smart TV and climate control! Plenty of space on multiple levels and perfect for large family get togethers!

FAQ- The Layout:
The top floor has a kitchenette, a full bath and 2 double beds along with a couch and living area. There is also a loft area with a ping pong table, a poker table and a full size shuffle board.
The main floor has a master with king and attached full bathroom, a guest bedroom with king and full bathroom, and a queen bedroom with a full bath in the hallway. The main floor also has a large living area and kitchen, as well as a oversized screened in porch with a large TV, sofa, 2 tables, a blackstone grill and a propane grill.
The lower floor has a second master with attached full bathroom, a kids room with 2 queen size bunk beds (4 queen beds in total), and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a half bath. Downstairs also has a large living area and full kitchen and a screened in porch with a large TV, couch, chairs, table and a pool table. Both porch's are water front with incredible views of the lake. There is lillypad for water lounging on the lower porch you are welcome to use but please, place it back on the porch when all done. All kitchens have coffee makers, and the main floor is a dual carafe and K-cup. (most Frequently Asked Question :) )

The home has 2 driveways, You're welcome to use either. Please limit the total number of cars/trucks/trailers to 8 total per county requirements.

Dinner time on Lake Murray frequently means lighting up the grill. Which one to light will be one of your toughest choices of the day at Haymar House! Blackstone? Propane? Wood fire with swivel grate? Take your pick!!!

You can also add an optional tritoon rental delivered to your dock! The tritoon boat includes a 2 person tube and adult life vests, and can be used as long as the sun is out! No having to drive to a rental place at 8am and wait in line and sign 30 minutes worth of papers only to return and empty the boat by 5:30. We won't even mention the long fuel lines you will face at return time, or the expert level inspection they put the boat under to find ways to charge you extra. We meet you at the house at the home's private dock! When your done, throw the boat keys on the kitchen counter and we handle the rest. The rental boat is not allowed out at night- sorry! We also do not allow smoking or pets on board.

You'll enjoy quiet evenings under the stars, listening to local toads, frogs, birds, crickets, Osprey's splashing in the water for their supper and the occasional fish jumping in the lake. We do ask that you follow local noise ordinances with quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am. Many of your neighbors are local residents. Relaxation and peace are key points at Lake Murray.
