The check-in instructions were clear, except for the location of the property. We arrived after dark and could not see the house number. We drove up & down the little street twice before risking stopping at the only property w/o clear house number & attempting to unlock the front door. The next day, we noticed that the house number was on the mailbox pole/post, but it was in black numbers. The refrigerator & freezer lights were not working, the freezer was not clean, it had (what seemed to be) chocolate ice cream spilled throughout the freezer. Because the freezer light was not working, we spilled water that we didn't know one of us had put in the freezer. When we went to take out the block of ice (caused by the spilled water), we noticed that the shelves were super sticky. At first, we only noticed a large, brown drip on one of the freezer walls, no big deal. The temperature of the house was super cold. The thermostat read 76, but that place was more like in the low 60s. The thermostat had a lock on it, we could not adjust the temperature. We had to be fully clothed while indoors, strip when leaving and cover back up when we arrived. We had to wear shirt, pants & socks to bed, as well as use all covers provided. The toilet paper was very low quality, we had to buy & use our own. The house was small but clean. We didn't use the kitchen appliances, except for the fridge, microwave and a few plates to re-heat food. There is no dishwasher, which we didn't mind.
