Our two unit combo is less than 2 miles from Broadway and MINUTES from everything else Nashville has to offer! These two units are perfect for any couples, larger groups, or business travelers looking to stay close to downtown! They each feature a great kitchen, dining/work area, comfortable sofa sleeper and/or air mattress, full bathroom, and two private bedrooms!

Our 2-2 bedroom units are under one roof and are a great choice for your group. We can give your group a lot of space and plenty of privacy all at the same time!
Each unit will have a king sized bed in the master along with double bunks in the second bedroom. The living rooms has plenty of room to hang out and relax along with a kitchen to allow you to eat in if you choose!
We also provide off street parking along with plenty of on street free parking if you choose.
If you need additional units please ask. This building has 4 total.

We have a keyless entry system which allows you to come and go with a code instead of a key.

We are local and available anytime you need us, but not on site.

We are located just outside of downtown (1.5 miles) and to the west of Germantown. We are a very short drive to everything Nashville's downtown and Germantown have to offer!

Our unit is very centrally located. We are a very short Uber/Lyft ride to all of downtown and Nashville's best neighborhoods

Do you have a group? Inquire about renting another unit in this building up to (4) total!

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
