This studio apartment had everything one or two people could want in a beach stay. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach, the golf cart was included and the host was very responsive and helpful.

The perfect little space! Very clean and had everything you would need. The host was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. Would love to come back in the future!

Great property

Very clean, and everything you need for a stay on the Island. Unit was nicely done and the host was excellent. I highly recommend this host and the property.

Nice location

This is a cute, large apartment. It’s within walking distance to the beach, fitness center, and the food court. The host was quick to respond to questions. We had no issues during our stay. We will stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation place

My husband and I rented this cute apartment for a nice beach vacation with our dog. We loved that we could bring our dog and explore the island on the golf cart provided. The place was beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked and peaceful. The bed was comfortable too. The owners lived above and were a pleasure to rent from. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway at the Fripp.

College Golf

My husband and I came down for a college golf tournament and the property was perfect for the 2 of us. The pictures were exactly what the property looked like. It was cleaned and well stocked. The golf cart was great, we parked our car and took the golf cart everywhere we went. A short walk to the beach. Everything was wonderful, would highly recommend this property.

Cutest Beach Studio!

We booked this trip on a Wednesday evening for a Friday arrival. Carol was on top of everything making sure we had what we needed for our trip to be easy as possible. The studio is perfect as far as cleanliness, location to the beach, and having everything you need. There were a few things we had forgotten, but the studio had it! Carol and her husband were so nice and answered any questions we had. She even had some beach toys for my daughter to use and extra beach chairs for us to take with us. LOVED having access to the golf cart as it was a great way to explore the island. We came for a short stay, but it wasn’t long enough as there was still so much to see on the island. The house is between two beach access points. Traveling with two young kids, we had lots of stuff and found the handicap access was what we needed. It was easy to just push our wagon from the house to the beach without having to load up in the golf cart or a vehicle. If you don’t have small kids, the golf cart ride is a great and convenient option. We did get the club cards, but honestly we were so busy during the day that we couldn’t make dinner with the kids- they were so tired from playing all day. We did get take out from the Bonita Grill and it was great. We took the kids to the Cabana Club for a swim after the beach and it was so fun. Kiddie pool with a small slide and then a regular pool for all ages. The location was STUNNING! We cant wait to go back! Thank you for a great stay!

Not often do you feel like you’re entering the same place you saw online but this is exactly what it shows in the pics. This perfectly lit studio cottage was done extremely well. It’s super clean which awesome. I usually have to clean a weekend rental before I’m comfortable but not here. It was pure perfection. And it had absolutely everything I needed and then some. And the host, carol, she’s definitely the best host we’ve ever had. Even after we left she texted me and asked how she should get me my shoes and dog food I left behind. That’s above and beyond. Hosts are not required to do that. And she did. Highly recommend this perfect cottage on a beautiful island.
