Very nice little condo, especially for the reasonable price. Owner was very easy to work with, and the check in/out process was very smooth. Condo was very clean, and the amenities we excellent. Highly recommend, and we will stay again in the future.

We stayed here for the weekend for a soccer tournament. It was very reasonably priced and would definitely book it again next year if available!

Darrell’s place was just what we needed for our weekend stay in Ocean City. It was conveniently located, well-kept, and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Loved how close it was to the beach and that there was a pool! Only complaint was we were told we only need to take bedding but there was bedding there we actually needed to take bath towels. Would love if it would say what floor it was on in the description too that was a little difficult but other than that it was great! The host was very responsive and nice!

Great spot and Great location

We had a great trip to the Marshall Inn. We love the location and the private pool. The room was clean and up to date and the owner was very communicative. A+

Darrell's place is fantastic and very clean! We enjoyed our stay so much and appreciated how easy it was to communicate with him if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Boardwalk Rock

Great price during a weekend festival. The property was clean and well appointed with complimentary kurig pods. Everything a few people need for a beach stay. We didn’t spend much time in the condo, as we were at a festival most of the time. Overall great place for the price.

A great (small) place to stay on the ocean side.

My wife, our 2 year old, and our 3 month old stayed here for 3 nights. The pool access was a lovely feature since the 2 year old was too scared of the waves. The complementary Kurig cups was an excellent feature. The AC worked well and we found ourselves using it mostly on a lower setting. Overall a great experience!

Excellent location

Me and my 2 adult children stayed. Darrell was easy to get a hold of and accommodating. The walk to the beach is 2 whole minutes. The pool is very clean, private and the property is well taken care of. We used the pool everyday along with the beach. Denny's is right next door for a late night snack or dinner if you don't feel like driving. Very friendly neighborhood. 5 Stars. We will be back.

Ocean City Vacation 2025

Property sits just behind one other row of property rentals. Does not have an ocean view, but is a close walk out to the beach. Does not have an elevator to access the second and third floor, making it a hot difficult job to get your belongings up and down the stairs. The outside stairs going to each floor were nice as a semi-private entrance. Security was great! Each of my daughters rented a condo at Marshall Inn as well. We were all happy with the location, and our condos inside, but not the non-elevator factor. My property smelled like it was cleaned with bleach, which wasn't a pleasant smell to walk into; however, at least you knew it had been cleaned. It looked cleaned in the main living areas. However, things like the coffee pot and inside of drawers were not. Our host did a fantastic job suppling things to use on the beach and inside the condo. It was well-stocked with some paper products, etc. that weren't listed on the amenities. Our condo had great storage, mirrors, bed and over-all was a nice and comfortable place to stay.

We had a great experience. The condo is just right for two people. The host helped us out with checking in. Everything was clean. I would suggest an oven mitt for the kitchen. It was a great stay!

Very clean Nice pool in the back Love that chairs & a beach umbrella was provided The boogie board that was provide was broken in half but was still rideable AC worked well but it kinda sounds like a helicopter taking off (white noise is white noise so it was fine) LOVED the infinity board with all the games Spent hours playing on our nights & overall only a 2 minute walk from our door to the sand Was a very memorable, nice & worth while trip Would do it again :)

We came here for a birthday trip. The room was perfect! It was close to everything. It was easy to find and navigate the building. It had everything we needed. The Air conditioner was cold and it worked super well! We love photography and the white brick walls in the hall were great backdrops if you are looking for that sort of thing. We never heard any of the neighbors so the walls are nice and thick. We had a lot of privacy even though there was an apartment on either side. It is within walking distance of three bus stops and the buses run every 15 minutes so it was easy to get around without having to drive and park a car. You get two parking passes for the parking lot. It is very well lit and we felt safe the entire time we were there. We would absolutely return here and recommend it!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay! Very accommodating and perfect for a small group looking for a place to stay close to the beach. The pool area was a very nice feature. Seemingly well kept and a quiet location. There is a laundry room on the premises and also gives an option to scan a bar code and pay through your phone if you do not happen to have quarters, which we appreciated. The only side note is to bring your own bathroom towels/ rags to the room with you. We would be happy to return to this location in the future :)

The condo is nice and has all the amenities you need. Loved that the condo had beach chairs and an umbrella to use. Laundry room was clean and has an app you can download to operate the laundry machines. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. Host was also pleasant to communicate with.

Everything was exactly as expected and more! So many little things and thoughtful additions that way exceeded and made up for the few drawbacks. The owners communication deserves more than a 5 star rating. Extremely responsive and descriptive! A few notes: 1. You need to bring a. full and queen sized bedding & pillows b. Your own beach/bath towels/bath mat. c. The unit is on the 3rd floor mid building. Try to park out front and take the front stairs. They aren’t as rickety or as steep. d. parking is in the white section from the road to the two double dumpsters but it was advantageous to park in front of the building e. There is a shower and hose inside the pool area to clean your feet and body after the beach f. It’s about two blocks (5 minute walk to the beach). Amenities above and beyond: 1. K-cups and coffee cups 2. 4 Beach chairs on Balcony 3. infinite game board (so much fun) 4. We found beds to be comfortable 5. Paper products supplied: paper plates, paper towels, tisssues, toilet paper, plastic silverware 6. All kitchen things you should need 7. TV/WIFI 8. Other games A recommendation: a 6 cube organizer for food items and further storage10/10 Highly recommend
