Wish we had more time here, did not want to leave. Within 15 minutes of anywhere we needed to go. The beach accessories provided were very useful. Beds and sofas were very cozy. The pool was perfect! Loved all the cool features in the house. Nice to have a large garage as well. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful place

This property is amazing. It had everything we needed and if we did need something, it was delivered right away. Great space for 7 adults and and infant, with room to spare. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

The house is beautiful and more than accommodating- there’s no bad bedroom and everyone is accommodated with their own bathroom. We had 5 couples stay here and it was wonderful- I strongly recommend this home if you are going with a big group and want amazing accommodations.

Stayed at The Palace on Clematis for the Sarasota boat show and honestly… this place nailed it.House was exactly what you want after long days at the show—super comfortable, clean, and set up perfectly for a group. The beds were legit (which matters more than people admit), and the showers were great—no fighting for hot water or dealing with weak pressure.Layout is dialed in too—everyone had their own space, but there’s still plenty of room to hang out together without feeling cramped. Kitchen and common areas were spot on, and the whole place just feels high-end without being over the top.Management was easy to deal with and responsive, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling with a group.Overall—perfect spot for a crew trip, especially if you’re in town for something like the boat show. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Pool was dirty and wasn’t working until the day before we left. We stayed in this house a year ago and some of the issues last year were not resolved this year still. Property manager was great but the house needs some TLC for the money spent.

Sarasota Golf Trip

The house was excellent. The bedrooms were very good and everyone especially was happy with their own bedroom. The kitchen and family entertainment area were nicely sized and the high ceilings and associated windows were appreciated. Communication between property management and us was effective. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Luxury!

This house is absolute perfection for a group big or small. Amazing kitchen and huge comfy couch for everyone! Brand new so all top of the line features like electric shades, new mattresses, sound machines, rainfall shower heads etc Outdoor area top notch with amazing pool, grill and fire pit! Cannot wait to stay here again!
