About this space
Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the deck or dock. Swim with the dolphins in the bay, kayak or just relax. We are on the open bay. Close to the beach, restaurants, boat and wave runner rentals. Enjoy all the entertainment you could want a short ride away in Atlantic City.
This listing is for a summer rental, however this can be a yearly rental. The summer rental is from May 25th through September 7th. Anyone wanting a yearly rental please contact the owner for rates.
The space
The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, and a single on top. Master also includes a TV, Roku and private bathroom with tub. Bath towels are provided. The second bedroom is equipped with a full size bed. The hall bath has a walk in shower. The newly remolded kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker, microwave, range, toaster, blender and more.
The family room and dining has enough seats for an extended family. There is also a TV with Roku, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speaker.
Guest access
You will have access to the 1st floor deck, lower deck and dock. (see pictures)
You will be able to swim and kayak in the bay. The garage is not accessible.
We provide 4 beach chairs for your use located on the 1st floor deck.
The homeowners are on the second floor.
Other things to note
We are on the open bay. This is not suitable for young children without supervision, or special needs kids as we do not have any fencing. There is no way to stop a child from jumping or falling into the bay. Unless someone is monitoring them at all times for safety. This may not be suitable for elderly persons with dementia.
