Great house for a reunion with our friends and their families. The kids bedroom and basement was a hit! It was nice to have so many bedrooms each with their own bathrooms (that’s hard to come by)! The pool / backyard was a great place to entertain.

We stayed here for a family get together with our adult children and young grandchildren. The extravagant basement was a huge hit with everyone! Our grandchildren particularly loved the theater room with the reclining seats, the karaoke machine, shuffleboard and arcade games; they spent every free moment down there which allowed the adults to gather on the ground floor. The grandchildren also loved the bedroom with the two bunk beds, spiral slide and climbing walls. The adults appreciated the large bedrooms which had very comfortable beds and they especially liked that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. The host was very responsive and always got back to us quickly with any questions we had.

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The pool was definitely the highlight — the kids had so much fun, and the heated setup made it perfect even in cooler weather. The game room was also a huge hit and kept everyone entertained for hours. The home felt spacious, comfortable, and very family-friendly. We made so many great memories here and truly enjoyed every moment. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation home!

Outstanding home!

Beautiful property, well stocked, endless activities! I stayed here with a large family group and we enjoyed the pool rain or shine, watched movies in the theater room, played games in the game room, ate meals in the large dining room and on the gorgeous deck! Highly recommend a stay, host was easy to communicate with and replied promptly from initial request through check out process. Five stars!

Wonderful Spring Break

We had a fantastic spring break here with everything we needed. The weather changed every day and having the flexibility to have the pool be indoor or outdoor worked out great. Having all the different activities in the house - from karaoke to movie room to shuffleboard, pool, air hockey, and arcade, kept the kids busy while the adults were able to enjoy our time. The owner was super responsive when we had any questions. This was a fantastic stay and we’d love to be back!

Just came back from 4 days' vacation. Everything was as promised. Clean and in working order. Our 6 grandkids loved the pool and all the amenities in the entertainment filled basement. We have been renting houses for the past 6 years and this was by far the best. We plan on coming back. Highly recommend this house.Thank you ToanIvan

We immensely enjoyed our time there. We have very high cleanliness standards and this house did not disappoint! The beds were particularly comfortable and we really felt at home. The house had so much to offer in terms of activities and fun, and is perfect if you're looking for a balance of proximity to outdoor activities and lots of fun stuff to do in the house. We loved how clean and uncluttered it was, the linen felt luxurious, and so many details really made our stay so pleasant - like the toys in the pool. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends. We also appreciated how timely the owner was with his responses. It made things much easier for us.

Super Family Trip

We had a really nice stay at the house. Everything was as listed and even better than we anticipated. The few small issues that came up were fixed within a few minutes even though we said it wasn't important. The host was so patient and easy to deal with answering all our questions quickly. There was enough room in the house for everyone to enjoy without getting in each others ways. The house amenities could not be better. We were able to spend 3 days there without leaving the grounds. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to coming back another year.

A Perfect Stay for the Whole Family!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this rental with our extended family, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was updated, modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like the owners had thought of every detail to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house was spacious and comfortable, accommodating everyone from an infant to the grandparents with ease. There were multiple areas to relax, play, and interact, which meant everyone had room to spread out or come together when we wanted. Even a rainy day didn’t dampen our visit- with a full floor dedicated to entertainment for all ages and the outdoor space with a retractable pool enclosure, making swimming accessible no matter what the weather. Do not hesitate to book this rental. And thank you to the readily-available owners for making us feel so welcome and at home.

We stayed from 8/6 - 8/13. Check-In was a breeze, the owner gave us all the details including codes, wifi credentials and basic directions on all the amenities. The house itself is spacious and clean. The kitchen was easy to use and the bathrooms were very clean. We had plenty of space to put the food we brought. The kitchen is equipped to service at last 14 people and probably alot more. The outdoor space was lovely. The heated pool with the retractable roof is very relaxing. We were able to set the temperature of both the pool and spa to what we liked and they held temperature very nicely. The patio space is also great, able to seat alot of people with multiple seating areas. The indoor entertainment area in the basement is a huge plus. Game room, card table, karaoke, wet bar, 10 person home theater, arcade style games and plenty of seating makes it a great place to entertain the whole family if there's poor outdoor weather or just for night time activities. The owner was very responsive, we didnt have any issues, just a few questions about how things worked. He responded very quickly. This is a very nice house with lots of room. Highly recommend and we hope to come there again.

We loved our stay at this property. We have a large family and very much appreciated the en-suite set ups of most bathrooms. The pool was warm and clean and the cover was perfect for days that it was a little chilly or rainy because we could still swim! We all enjoyed the basement, which had a variety of games, a karaoke machine, basketball hoop game, poker table, and more. Having an EV charger also made our trip home much more convenient. The area has a few excellent ice cream shops for dessert and some restaurants and stores within a convenient distance. We did a short hike and shopped at the outlets. Our host was wonderful - we received clear communication on what we could expect prior to our arrival and an email with departure information with plenty of time for us to prepare. Overall we had a great time!

Can’t say enough about this property! Bedrooms are large and beds very comfortable. Plenty of room to hang out with family. The basement has something for everyone- pool table, game table, movie room, basketball throw, video games. TVs everywhere! And the pool! With the cover, it was perfect every day— we spent hours swimming. We had a group of 9, ranging from 70s to 3 and everyone had a great time. We spent a week and decided next time it had to be 2 weeks! We had planned to join the Emerald Lakes association for the week, but the weather was too cool for the lakes so just enjoyed the pool and had no regrets. When a question came up ( which was not often due to very clear instructions prior to arrival) we received a response very quickly.Highly recommend this home!

Great family vacation! We thought we would spend the week exploring the area, but outside of a fam outing to get ice cream and a trip to the outlets, we spent most of our time enjoying the house amenities. The pool cover allowed us to enjoy the pool no matter the weather! The master bathrooms attached to each room allowed us all to have our own space and the living space and deck were perfect for family games. The basement is filled with endless activities to entertain both young and old. Would def stay there again!
