This memorable place is anything but ordinary. From the horses, to our barn family, we will make your stay like nothing you've ever experienced. If you would like to trail riding, couples riding, or bring your own horse! Visit the beach, state parks, restaurants, boating, CT River to Long Island Sound.
The Estate is meticulously maintained and provides enough room for 6 people comfortably. The main level offers a primary suite which includes a queen bed attached to a tub bathroom, 2 family room areas, dining table for 6 & an island counter sitting for 4. The additional private bathroom offers a stand up full shower. The laundry room is huge, equipped with a front loader, gas dryer and plenty of counter space. The home faces south allowing the sun to shine in all day. The open space kitchen/family room/dining area is the gathering area. Use the Fireplace for the cool nights. The second floor area offers another primary bedroom with a queen bed combined with a family room. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Shoreline beaches are 15 minutes away. We have Clinton Beach passes for you or visit multiple Shoreline Beaches! Chatfield Hollow State Park is 10 min ride, train station 20 min. The estate is in a rural community yet minutes to the Shoreline. You will drive to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, theaters, golfing, all the comforts with-in 15 minutes. You can go hiking right from the property. North Roast Meat Hill Rd is on the map for biking. We have one of the best locations where you can go play frisbee-golf for free at one of the best locations in the State of CT, just a 10 minute walk away. You can drive in just 2 minutes and park you car if you prefer. Lavender Pond Farm is located on Roast Meat Hill Rd and that should be one of your destinations if you love lavender. Chatfield Hollow Sate Park is a 10 minute car ride. You can picnic, hick or swim there. Parmelee Farm always has something going on, or just visit and make the day all about what you want you experience to be. There are open from sun up to sun down. You have the Goodspeed Opera House, award winning Musical Theater 20 minutes away.
