Master bathroom: fully private inside the master bedroom. Brand new one piece Kolher smart toilet (bidet) installed in 2023.
Full bathroom 2: Equipped with a bathtub. Completely remodeled in 2023.
Half bathroom: New toilet installed in 2023.

All clean towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper are included and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN
All you need to prepare and cook a meal. And all the plates, glasses and more! A solid wood dining table and bench from CB2 and chairs for all the guests to enjoy the meals and share the fun!

It’s quiet and safe, tree lined, walking distance to parks, shops and restaurants. Yet it’s conveniently near Hwy 280, 17 and SJC.

Easy access to all major highways (280, 85, 87, 880, 17).

We allow one well-behaved small dog with a pet deposit.

Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Keep your conversation indoor and no loud music after 10 pm.

This place is only intended for booked guests. No overnight stay for their visitors.

For long-term stay (> 1 week) guests, please push out trash bins on Thursday night and collect them back on Friday morning.

Pet policy and Security Deposit:

* Pet: One small dog (less than 30 pounds) is allowed with a pet deposit of $ 200. Please check with us for the dog size and breed before booking.

* Security Deposit - We may ask for a deposit up to $1000 if you are a new user or had bad review before. The deposit amount may change before you book the home.
