Excellent location in a nice village by town and very close to the beach. House was very clean and comfortable. Would prefer linens be included but not a major issue. We recommend staying here and would come again.

Cute cottage in great location

It was so nice and easy to take a short stroll to the nice, long sandy beach. Neighborhood is good for biking and walking. Town is so close by too. Cottage has all the basics including A little back grassy area with table and grill. 1 Bedroom upstairs does not have A/C and it gets quite hot up there even with a fan.

Great location and thoroughly enjoyed the beach so close. The only issues would be that I wish there was more lighting (table lamps) and the upstairs hallway light worked when it was dark. Some of the dishes in the cabinets appear to have been hand washed and not thoroughly at that so I had to rewash before using. It did not hamper our stay, however, and we enjoyed it very much!

Perfect location, clean home

Quick and convenient walk to the beach, lively neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. House was clean. We had a leak under the kitchen sink that was addressed quickly. The only negatives were that sometimes the fridge was nearly impossible to open, and the bed my husband and I shared was not comfortable. Otherwise, the home was ideal.

Nice neighborhood

The house was as-advertised. Basic. Clean. Nice front porch. Window air conditioners were not my favorite - I generally prefer a sea breeze when staying close to the beach. Outdoor shower could use updating and very limited outdoor space which is typical in this dense neighborhood. Small bedrooms. Kitchen was spacious and functional. Excellent location close to beach and town. It was a good trip

Great stay with just a couple hiccups

We had a wonderful weekend at Kare Not in Harwich Port! The home was wonderful and the location could not be beat. Unfortunately, we had a couple of hiccups at the beginning of the stay - the door lock was broken and we were unable to enter the home for 2 hours. The management company was very apologetic but the process of fixing the door lock took longer than we had hoped when traveling with an infant and 2 year old. The next morning, we realized we did not have any hot water and maintenance did not arrive for 45 minutes after being told it would only be 15 minutes. Once this issue was finally fixed, it was smooth sailing - thankfully! Overall, the home was lovely, the frustration and issues were management related.

Kare knot house

We had a great time. House is in a great location for beach and walking into town. Neighbors are friendly and lots of kids around. The house is a typical beach house - no frills, but is suitable.

Lovely beach was very close

We love this location nicknamed the "campgrounds" as this area back in the day were all little beach cottages near each other. This a different story today but it still has its historical Campground charm. We hope to have you back. Best, New England Vacation Rentals

Great place!!!!!! Perfect vacation spot

Upon arrival the place was clean. Love the “beach house” feel. Absolutely adorable, updated kitchen, had all the appliances and kitchen utensils. The beach was close, and the neighborhood was calm and friendly. Love all the streets that you could go for a walk/run. We will definitely rent this place again!!!
