Includes a large kitchen, a welcoming living room with a fireplace, and a dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Features a king bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, and accessibility for those with mobility challenges.

- Lo Studio: Overlooking the estate’s century-old mulberry tree, this inviting apartment has a queen sleeping area, rain shower bathroom, kitchenette, and living and dining space.

- L'Arco Grand Apartment: With olive grove and castle views, this elegant space includes a queen master bedroom, walk-in closet, double-sink bathroom, full kitchen, living room with pull-out couch, and dining area.

- La Vista Penthouse: Boasting panoramic vineyard views, this spacious apartment features a queen master bedroom, walk-in closet, rain shower bathroom, full kitchen, large living area, and private balcony.
