We lived our stay here! The condo was well equipped with extras for fun on the beach. It's also in a great location with skipping near by for all your needs. Host was quick to respond to any communication I sent. If you're considering this place you won't be disappointed.

Stunning sunsets!

Unit was as expected. Sunsets on the beach were stunning and the patio view does let you view them from the condo. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Within steps of the beach. I would absolutely stay again!

This unit is right on the beach and has a good view from the balcony. It is dated on the inside the kitchen needs redone and the 2nd bathroom had all kinds of small issues the shower head felt like it could fall off any day the sink had barley a stream of water come out of it. The elevator did have a day that it was not working properly but that is not the host problem just not fun walking up and down 5 flights of steps.I do love the property and pool.

Good stay overall

Giving it three stars only because the refrigerator didn’t get cold. It only got cool and needs to be checked out and didn’t have any light bulbs in the kitchen. Other than this it was a good place to stay. I would stay again most def.

Cute small condo on the beach. The balcony overlooks the public beach parking with views of the beach and street. Great place to sit and people watch! Sleeps 2 comfortably. Place was clean and stocked with beginning supplies. We were on the run the whole week so did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub.

Can't beat the central location directly on St Pete Beach. Ocean views from the condo. On site pool was great. Management company (iTrip) was excellent at communication and responsiveness.

When we walked in the unit it smelled musty. The furniture was old, falling apart, had a very musty smell. The patio furniture was very nice except for the seat cushions, they were dirty. We removed them before sitting. The TV's were not hooked up correctly. We spent 2 days trying to get them to work. Finally was able to get one working. The host did offer to send a maintenance crew over but we were not there at the time. There was an inch gap under the front door which may have caused the palmetto bug that was on the floor when we arrived. The host had the cleaning crew come in immediately to clean all of the floors again. They did a very good job and were very apologetic. The iron was black on the bottom and the end tip was broke off. The bathroom sink plunger was missing. If you dropped something in the sink, it will not be able to be retrieved. The handle on the bathroom sink was missing. There were no umbrellas at the pool.These issues pertain only to this specific unit. As we have stayed at this complex before in another unit and did not have these issues. We just feel that the owners need to be aware and the issues can be addressed so that others renters may have a better experience.

Wonderful condo on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The balcony was positioned so we had a view of the ocean. The traffic noise is pretty loud from Gulf Boulevard, but easy to overlook with the views being so awesome. The unit was very clean and they had all of the little extra supplies you need when you first arrive such as laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, etc. The whole condo complex is very clean and well kept - they even clean the grills every day. We didn’t use the pool. It’s a bit small and the beach was so wonderful so that that’s where we spent most of our days. Check-in was super easy and so was checkout. We would book here again!

The view was nice for the ocean. Had everything we needed to cook many meals and lots of fun beach toys for the kids. Grocery stores not far away and a Walgreens just a block away. The pool is heated and really nice. The hot tub was super hot. The unit is old, but still nice. Maybe a good deep clean needed. We saw dolphins while in the water and also from the balcony.

The showers needed an update. The pullout sofa was like sleeping on springs and the light by the front door and the balcony did not work.

The beach view was beautiful! The place was nicely located. The patio furniture was totally rusted, each chair had one leg not even touching as did the table. The maintenance or cleaning crew were kind enough to fold stiff paper under it. One bathroom had a leaking toilet and we were unable to use it until Thursday as walking caused water to come up thru flooring. I would stay in this condo again if the patio furniture was usable and I am sure the floor completely dried out.Once again the beach is beautiful! I saw some beautiful sunsets there.
