Very friendly and welcoming staff. Quick to reply to messages. You can't beat the VIEWS!!! The bar in the lobby was a huge hit. Felix was on top of his game and super friendly. THANK YOU!

My wife and had a wonderful stay. The location of the property couldn't be any better with beautiful views of the park, rapids, and the Canadian Skyline. It was nice to come back from a day of sightseeing and soak in the jetted oversized tub. We had one issue with the garbage disposer that was clogged when we first used the sink. This issue was quickly resolved, and we had no further problems during our stay. The building staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Good location and friendly staff. Nice view from the 13th floor. The room was clean overall but the floor was sticky, which did not make relaxing or walking around without shoes something we were comfortable with. It could have been cleaning products or something we should not have been worried about but it did raise question.

The facility was magnificient and the staff was friendly and helpful in all encounters. I highly recommend staying at the Giacomo in the Niagara Falls area.

Easy walk to Niagara Falls and over the Rainbow Bridge to Canada. The room was clean and as advertised. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus.

The apartment is centrally located only a few minute walk to the major attractions-Niagara Park. The apartment need some renovations and new furniture. The sofa and the chairs were stained and the rugs have seen better days. Also the bathroom needs to be renovated, no place to hang wet towels. It also need to be better cleaned. The floor was sticky and some of the areas were dusty and had cobwebs. The wifi is very slow. However the staff is excellent, friendly and nice. The views from the apartment are spectacular, but the windows need to be cleaned and there were some flying bugs in the apartment. Complimentary parking across the street was convenient and the breakfast was good.

It was an amazing place. View from our condo, absolutely the best. Within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were helpful with everything.

Beautiful Decor and Stunning Views!!

When we walked into this unit we were so shocked and happy about the size! It’s a beauty. The old vintage Hollywood decor is perfect. This truly is a beautiful condo with a full Kitchen & granite counters and a very large open great room space with about seven or eight very large windows with incredible views of the American Falls and the city. He had Jazz music playing for our arrival and the lighting in the unit was perfect.. We watched the fireworks every night at 10pm right from our bed or room!!!!

Room with a view

To say this place has a room with a view is an understatement. The location, the at home feel and service far exceeded our expectations. Thanks for a great stay.

BETTER than expected!

Normally I mess up the booking of an place to stay on vacation. Imagine my delight when i turned the key to this spacious apartment fully decorated and stocked with everything you need. With a perfect view over looking the falls. It was perfect!

Really nice place

Our room had an amazing view of the Falls and Niagara River. The room itself was great. A few minor suggestions: The Shower stall didn't have anywhere to hold the soap/shampoo etc. The pocket door in our room that connected to the bathroom was not easy to open. Our host was amazing. The bar was closed for the evening. There is a place nearby called the Spot that had a really nice breakfast menu with good sandwiches and coffee. Would definitely stay here again for the view we had alone. Our room had everything you would need and then some. 9.8/10 for us

Close to Niagara Falls

Perfect weekend at Niagara!

2 adults stayed from a Friday to Sunday. View and space was wonderful! We could walk to many amazing sights and food places! 10/10 would reccomed! Kitchen was not fully stocked for cooking, but that did not bother us at all. Staff was so nice and accommodating. They provided a free breakfast every morning. A 7 min walk to the Niagra state park was nice when we wanted to come back and dry off/change for meals. The place provided near and secure parking, so that was such a life saver! Couldn't beat this price for every thing we got!
