Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire space+garage. There is parking nearby but only if available. The garage only fits 2 cars, and all must be stored by 12 AM. No cars can be left on the driveway overnight.



The Neighborhood:

The area is wonderful! This home is in a very quiet and friendly community HOA. There are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby! Convenient access to the El Tour de Tucson cycling event. Other Things to Note:

We are not responsible for the pool/commons area - if there are any issues or concerns, please let us know so we can reach out to our HOA. Our community keeps this area pretty clean, and weekly cleanings are done to maintain the area.



You will have access to a garage! We do offer a remote to allow for easy access.



We have a trash service that is scheduled to come take out the garbage bins. They access the garage by using the keypad to the garage and only enter the garage area. Please do not leave door unlocked to the main home from inside of the garage and avoid leaving any personal items inside of the garage area.



Fees: Lost/broken garage door opener - $200



Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use.
