The upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with shower. The comfy living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa and cozy gas log fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room. The sliding glass door opens to your private deck with gas grill and patio furniture. Overlooks beautiful Fall River where you will most likely see Elk, Deer, etc. Wi-Fi, games, movies, free river fishing!

Condo was perfect! It was clean, listed accurately and had everything we needed for our group of 4 adults. Beds were comfortable, towels were nice and the place overall was just wonderful. Close enough to downtown, restaurants and RMNP. Would definitely stay here again.

Very easy check in; beautiful location and room. It was well stocked and just a lovely, comfortable place to stay. Wish we would have had more time to stay longer.

Already want to come back! Condo is very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Great communication, and check in/out process. We even received a call stating we could check in early if needed. Location is conveniently located to restaurants and RMNP.

Good outfit I left cash in the room and forgot about it remembered a few hours later called and they immediately went and found it and venmo me the money that is very good and honest my opinion I appreciate it

Terrific space and very cozy! The location could not be beat, and it was lovely to spend the morning overlooking the creek and listening to birdsong. Our only regret was not staying longer! Hope to be back soon.

Clean and comfortable. Upper deck overlooks a grassy area (that often has elk grazing through) down to the Fall River. Comfortable beds and several pillow options. WiFi worked well for general use but not enough for Firestick to be able to load programming. Coffeemaker with filters and starter coffee packs. We left bag of coffee grounds for future visitors. A few minutes drive to both town and the park entrance. Great stay!

Perfect

This was such a fun trip to Rocky Mountain national park. The condo is only 4 minutes away from the entrance to the park. We have never stayed at a cleaner homewith everything we needed. Highly recommend!

What a comfortable and cozy stay we had. Everyone had a place to lay their heads and everything we needed was provided. When there was a utility problem, the team responsively attended to the issue. October Fun

We came to Estes Oct 22-24. The temperature was amazing stayed in the 50’s. Elk were every where! The first morning we woke up to 2 deer wondering down below the cabin going into the river. The cabin was stocked with every thing we needed and was so cozy at night with the fireplace on. We will stay here again next year if it’s available.

Beautiful Quiet Relaxing

Beautiful scenery! Look up at a mountain side, fish in the river, go for walks around the property, use the community hot tub. Saw a herd of Elk up the mountainside and elk hoof prints on the grounds. Very close to Estes Park and RMNP. Everything was as advertised except the jetted tub didn't work after several trials. To be fair though, it was the last night before we left before we tried it and we were tired so we didn't give the property manager a chance to fix it. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to bring our four kids and stay close to the park. We even had two elk in the neighborhood on two separate days. The condo was very clean and comfortable.
