Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, nestled among tall oak trees with whimsical Spanish moss hanging from their branches, our brand new tiny home which is situated next to a private pond, is the perfect getaway spot for relaxation. The fully fenced in 1.75 acre homestead property sits right up against the St. Lucie River with water access to the ocean. Feel free to use the kayak to explore the waterway or grab a rod to fish in our pond which is stocked with mullet and snook. We have an onsite chicken coop housing 10 chickens. If you are looking to cool off from the hot and humid Florida weather, please feel free to take a dip in the pool. It is not heated so in the cooler months, it may serve better as a cold plunge:) Looking to stay fit while you are away from home? We offer an at-home gym which consists of free weights, a squat rack, bench, sled, rings, punching bag and resistance bands. Step outside your sliding door to the patio where you can savor a cup of coffee in the morning sun or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. Enjoy the outdoor seating area while grilling up dinner on the BBQ or roast some marshmallows at the bonfire in the back of the property.

The luxurious miniloft accommodates up to five adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and three burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator and freezer as well as a detached ice maker and 2 in 1 washer and dryer. All the essentials for preparing your favorite meals. Whether you’re a culinary enthusiast or just looking to make a quick snack, you’ll find everything you need. Coffee station and tea kettle are also available. A 60"smart TV for your viewing pleasure is across from the couch which turns into a full sized bed. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in one of two loft sleeping spaces furnished with quality linen and comfortable mattresses. The forward loft has a queen size bed with plenty of cabinets for storage as well as a gas fireplace to help you keep warm on the cold winter nights. The loft over the entryway holds a twin/XL bed. Travel crib and bassinet are available upon request. The pristine bathroom is stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries. Smoking is permitted but only outdoors.

Our hidden hideaway is conveniently located 10 mins from historic downtown Fort Pierce where you can dine at one of the many restaurants and bars or shop at local boutiques. Every Saturday there is a local Farmer's Market from 8am-12pm. The beaches of Hutchinson Island are only a 20 mins drive away. Vero Beach and Stuart are both 30 mins away respectively if you are interested in checking out some other small coastal towns.

Please Note: We recently welcomed a close friend to our property. Beginning at the end of August, she, her son, and their friendly dog will be living full-time in an RV located across from the tiny home. As a result, the back portion of the property will be shared with another family.

While the space still offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay, it is not a fully private or secluded setting. If you are seeking complete privacy, this may not be the ideal fit. We simply want to be upfront so you can book with confidence and choose the stay that best matches your expectations.
