The house was great! The kids and husband really loved the pool and the fruit trees. Was centrally located, so easy to get around all of Fresno!

Very nice home! Enjoyed the pool. When we had an issue with a clogged toilet, the owner resolved it quickly.

Very clean home with wonderful family room kitchen. Plenty plates, bowls, glasses and utensils for the twelve of us. We didn’t have hot water at first, but started working by afternoon of second day.

The house was beautiful! There was enough room for me and my family for our stay we really enjoyed the backyard and pool table. All the rooms came with furnishing and enough pillows and blankets for everybody.

Excellent location and perfect house for a large group. Easy check in/out instructions Would have loved for there to be cushions for the outdoor seating and could not find the remote for the bedroom/gameroom TV.

The kitchen was limited. There were no spices or oil. We kept having to run to the stores for items.

This is just an objective view, so please take it with a grain of salt. We, overall, still had a good time.There were limited towels (hand and bath), nonfunctional ladders for bunk beds, no more hot tub as shown in photos, no more gas grill as shown in photos, no more tree in front as shown in photos, 3/4 of the lounge chairs by the pool were broken so you couldn’t sit up, the floors were extremely dirty. You couldn't walk around inside barefoot. In the reviews it says limited kitchen supplies and they mean it- not a single seasoning, oil, dish towel, sheet pan, nothing, no tin foil, no plastic wrap. The pots didn’t seem clean, we washed a few before using them. Propane tank empty so the fire pit was unuseable and they didn’t respond when we asked if we could fill it up.Fridge filter needed to be replaced so we couldn’t drink water from the fridge, we had to buy bottled water.There were limited blankets, toilet paper, pullout beds were trundles, not pull out couches, no hand soap in the kitchen, only dish soap, no lamp shades in bedroom, and limited mirrors. And not responsive to our messages.Overall the house was great for a large group. There was plenty of space to move about in the living room, the pool was awesome, clean, the pool gate was very secure, it was nice to have the easy up near the pool, nice sitting area in the back yard, plenty of parking, the lawn was nice. Very generous closet space and the bedrooms were good sized, not too squeezy.

Property overall was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. That being said, several things need to be pointed out. The host was not responsive. There were no clear check-in / check-out expectations set from her side. The listing showed a propane grill and hot tub; neither were there. The one rest room shower was rusty and not in working order. The pillows were completely flat. The fridge icemaker did not work. At 7 am the last morning of our stay, we were awoken by male voices right outside the window. Apparently it was the property/yard maintenance people. Not a great way to end the trip. Like I said though, we really did enjoy the property overall. The atmosphere was private and very relaxing while being conveniently located. Would have given it a raving 5 star review if not for the glaring issues.

We had a great stay overall and really appreciated how well the home accommodates large groups. There is plenty of open space both inside and outside, with lots of seating for everyone to gather comfortably. The pool was a highlight—beautiful, clean, and clearly well-maintained.The kitchen is spacious and open, which is great for socializing, but if you’re planning to cook meals, be prepared. The kitchen is minimally stocked—there are limited mixing bowls and serving utensils, and we did not find items like storage containers, bakeware, measuring cups or spoons, spices, or basic seasonings. Cleaning supplies were also limited, along with paper towels and garbage can liners.Additionally, there were no extra towels provided in the bathrooms, so you may want to plan accordingly depending on the size of your group.Overall, this is a great property for gathering and relaxing, especially if you plan ahead and bring a few extra essentials with you.

Nice retreat

Overall the place was great. We would’ve love to know there was no seasoning for cooking before buying groceries. Also, was not sent email leaving instructions. My family and I had a great time and enjoyed the open floor plan and the easy route to Sequoia Park. We enjoyed our time.

Nice space, quiet shady location.

Check in was super easy and painless. Backyard, covered patio and pool was great. Kitchen was very open and usable for meals and gathering. Some cookware and tools need to be replaced but it worked out. A few things were amenities that were not avail., but i think host is aware. Communicating with the host, we settled a couple small things and there is room for improvement. Overall, would patronize again.

The host was non responsive. She did not respond to messages before or during our stay. Overall the house was nice, but it was not as shown in the photos. No ping pong table as shown in the photos. No hot tub as shown in the photos. No swing as shown in the photos. None of the outdoor furniture had cushions, as shown in the photos. The house was tidy but not clean. The floors and counters were dirty. The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator did not work.

Has the potential for a great stay

If everything is per the photos, this would be an awesome stay. The swimming pool was clean, ample towels are provided but the pool table and the cues were not maintained and the table tennis table was not in working condition. We got shampoo, conditioner and soap from outside as we did not like the ones provided. We dont walk inside the house with shoes on and we had to wear socks and the socks were really dirty. With a few updates this place would become really awesome - suggest asking the quality of all the amenities.In all it was a decent stay.

This house is located in the not so “good” area. We were greeted with loud vulgar rap music by the neighbors. Do not stay here if this is not your ambiance. Was not clean despite the 300 cleaning charge. Your feet/socks will be black. Towels are old and stained but she has strict rules about what to use the towels for. Several broken things around the home despite her warning that you will be charged for broken things. Missing amenities, as others have pointed out, which she still advertises. Property pictures are misleading. No curtains blocking the kitchen window so anyone can see in. Host does not communicate well or in a timely manner. VRBO does not communicate well or in a timely manner. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to stay here again. Would not use VRBO again either.

Great space for 15 people and lots to do. Very comfortable and easy and clean and modern. Only comment is with the new hard surfaces it is very loud when someone opens a door or moves around. We enjoyed our stay very much

Pool is fantastic and the house is spacious. One of the toilet does not flush very good and one faucet is leaking. Otherwise everything is perfect.
