Nyd denne luksus ejerlejlighed med spektakulær udsigt over Charlotte Harbour. Fra din private dæk, se naturens pragt af delfiner og manater i kanalen nedenfor. Denne tre soveværelser, to badeværelser Condo har et fuldt udstyret kokkens stil køkken med granit bordplader og rustfrit stål apparater. Alle nye møbler omfatter læder liggestole og stol, 55 tommer HD Smart TV med kabel, DVD Blu-ray afspiller og fuld størrelse høj effektivitet vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Tredje soveværelse / den giver et kontor studie eller behageligt roligt område at læse. Condo enhed inkluderer trådløst internet og sikret underjordisk parkering garage til din bil med nem adgang til elevatoren.

Grande Isle Towers ligger på Prosperity Point, en privat gated ø i Burnt Store Marina. Fællesskabet har to havne, båd docking, to restauranter og en 27 hullers golfbane. Kun få skridt væk fra lejlighedenheden finder du den opvarmede swimmingpool, jacuzzi, grill, fitnessrum, sauna, dampbad og solterrasse.

Grand Isle - BSM

The accommodations were above expectations. All the amenities ie. pool, golf, restaurant, walking paths, plus a beautiful view of the gulf.

Grand Isle IV

The condo was excellent. It had everything you need with supplies, dishes pots pans everything the view was awesome on the canal. We watched the manatees every day. John answered our questions immediately. Had a great time.

Gorgeous Property

We had a great time at Grand Isle Towers. With a screened in porch and an open patio we watched the boating community as well as the manatee and dolphin community go by each day. And the sunset each night was not to be missed. The condo has everything you need or want and is large and nicely decorated. Jack was an excellent host. Thank you so much for a great stay! Winter Getaway

We absolutely loved the condo! Beautifully decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. The condo was stocked with many items which was much appreciated. Jack answered all of our questions and was very professional and responsive. There were manatees, dolphins and turtles on our daily walks. We rented a golf cart and and enjoyed all the Christmas decorations and activities. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. If you are there in December highly recommend the Christmas light tour out of Fishermans Village. I would give this property and owner six stars if I could. Thank you!

Burnt Store Marina Property - Jack Therman Owner

The condo was exactly as advertised. The furnishings were very nice and the supplies were everything that you would need. The location is excellent and very accessible to all the amenities. The additional patio/balcony is a very nice plus for this condo. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely rent again.

Stay at Prosperity Point - Burnt Store Marina

Jack’s property/condo is all that he stated and more. As I’ve reached out to him with a few questions he’s been very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again in a moment if it was available. On top of that he is a U of M fan! Does it get any better than that? GO BLUE!

Marina Life

This was our first extended stay in Florida & we feel it will be hard to top. The condo is exactly as advertised. Along with being nicely furnished, there were even a couple of cold beers in the fridge when we arrived! The tower and surrounding gated area have nice pools, hot tubs, and there is a library just down the hall. There are weekly social events where we met many of our “neighbors “. Several nice golf courses are nearby & lots of area to explore by bicycle with minimal traffic concerns. Definitely would do again. Tom & Carol P.

Best Possible Experience

The vacation could not have gone better. The Owner's response was quick and businesslike, all details were handled in a timely manner. The beautiful gated community was impeccably maintained, friendly and helpful staff, every shared area very clean and impressively appointed. The people we met during our stay were all happy and social, obviously in part due to the wonderful ambiance of the surroundings. There's lots to do without even leaving the area; golf, exercise, fishing, boating, pool, hot tub, or just walking through the many paths and streets. You could also finish up with one of the planned social events or get-togethers in the Community Room. The Owners could not have been more helpful or responsive. As I said earlier, all business went smoothly, directions and instructions concerning the condo were well communicated. We hope to double our stay for next year. If there was a 6th star, it would have been our rating. Jim & Debbie B.

Florida winter escape

Our second year in Tower IV at Burnt Store Marina was just as wonderful as the first. We had gorgeous weather and beautiful sunsets, a perfect escape from the cold and dreary days of winter. More golf, fishing, sightseeing, shopping and even a Civil War boat tour made our 6 weeks fly by. We are already talking about our next year's visit.

Our winter get-away

Our stay in Burnt Store Marina Grande Isle was just what we had hoped for. The condo was just like the pictures and very comfortable. The location was excellent: close to the pool, fitness room, theater plus excellent fishing below us on the canal. Golfing was also available in Burnt Store and also more courses close by that we enjoyed. We enjoyed trying out the areas restaurants. It was wonderful relaxing on the lanai. Definitely would recommend this condo to all the snowbirds.

Very nicely furnished. Plenty of room, nicely furnished lanai. Owner rented condo for 31days instead of the normal February 28 days, which was very nice of him Great view of the sunsets but we did not see too many nice ones this year. Nice bar area but skimpily furnished. Only four very large wine glasses. Had to buy a shot glass and a shaker and a few on the rocks glasses. Bar refrigerator not appropriate with small freezer. Because of lack of space, could not stand up any bottles, like beer bottles, tonic water, especially open bottles. BUt otherwise,it was a great month, would have rented for 2015 but condo all booked up.

Homerun

This condo is just as advertised and better. The owner has furnished the unit with comfortable beds, wonderful electric leather recliners, all kitchen needs, new TV's and it was clean and ready when we arrived. The first floor location was just down the hall from the pool, hot tub and three new Viking grills that we used often. The location of the marina is nine miles south of Punta Gorda and a few more miles north of Cape Coral. Good restaurants are within a short drive in either location without fighting bumper to bumper traffic which is usually the norm in SW Florida in season. The marina is beautiful and the restaurant, Portofino's, is good food and not over priced. My wife and I will definitely rent this condo again.

New Favorite

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The attention to detail by the owners Jack and Karyn Is evident the minute you step foot in the condo. Everythng is brand new top of the line and designed for comfort. We wish we could have stated longer. We enjoyed sitting on the lani with our coffee in the mornings watching the boats leave the marina, the pelicans diving into the water for fish and an occassional manatee swim by. We loved the wonderfuly equipped kitchen and cooked many of our meals at home. We loved our long walks around the marina, and the sunsets. The condo and complex are luxurious exactly as presented. When we did leave we usually went to the beach, Wiggins Pass in Naples, Stump Pass in Englewood, and Boca Grande(our favourite). We want to bring our grandkids back they would love to go shelling. Of course after a long day at the beach we would come home soak in the jacuzi, take a dip in the pool, sit in the sauna, go back to the condo watch TV and collapse in the wonderful beds. The residents of the condos are very friendly and very happy to give hepful advice. We like Fishermans Village with its many unique shops. We ate at Peace River fish market on highway17 very good, don't miss the key lime pie. We are looking into going back next year it was wonderful. Thanks Jack and Karyn you both were so helpful in making this a perfect vacation.

After visiting Burnt Store Marina the past few years, we were excited to buy the condominium this year as our second home and provide fine furnishings that you are sure to enjoy. We would like to provide our guests with the same positive experiences as we enjoy.

After traveling for several years to Orlando, we realized how much we enjoyed the warmer temperatures of Southwest Florida. Punta Gorda provides a hometown atmosphere with easy travel access to highways without the traffic congestion of the bigger cities . Burnt Store Marina is a large 768 acre community providing many activities and wildlife. It is convinently located in South Punta Gorda and near Cape Coral.

Burnt Store Marina provides a wide variety of activities from golfing, boating, kayaking, biking, tennis, basketball, fishing, fitness room, resturant, bar, clubhouse activities, or just relaxing as you watch the sun disappear in the horizon.
