Downtown offers a wide variety of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and independent stores to explore. The Davis Food Co-op is a short walk away for groceries and essentials, and the Farmers Market is a favorite for fresh produce and ready-to-eat foods.

Because the house sits centrally, you may notice some daytime street activity and occasional train noise from about two blocks away. To help you rest, the home has double-pane windows, white noise machines in each bedroom, and complimentary earplugs.

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including the private fenced backyard and patio, plus an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Driveway/off-street parking is available on the property.

Please note the detached garage, an interior storage closet, and a small storage unit are not accessible. Exterior cameras at the front door, back door, and driveway monitor only outdoor areas; there are no interior cameras.

Pre-booking & Important Guest Requirements

* A signed rental agreement is required after booking. For non-Airbnb reservations, guest verification and any required deposit are handled through our third-party partner, Truvi. Airbnb bookings will complete verification and agreement steps through the Airbnb platform as directed.
* If you plan to bring a dog, a pet fee applies - please check the booking page for the exact fee amount and include pets in your reservation so we can prepare covers and supplies. Service animals are exempt from pet fees.
* Stays longer than 13 days require a mid-stay cleaning; guests must fully vacate the home for that service. The mid-stay cleaning cost is charged per stay - please review the booking details or message us for the exact charge.
* Guests who reside locally may not book without prior approval.

House Conditions & Stay Logistics

* Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Late departures without prior approval that delay cleaning may result in additional charges.
* Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
* No parties, events, unauthorized guests, or commercial photography/videography without written consent.

Security, Safety & Enforcement

* Exterior cameras monitor the front door, back door, and driveway areas only. There are no interior cameras.
* Tampering with security cameras or serious violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund.
* Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, fireworks, firearms, and other illegal activity are prohibited on the property. Smoking or vaping violations may result in a $500 fee plus applicable cleaning or damage costs.

Animals

* Dogs are welcome, and other animals may be considered with prior approval.
* Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing an animal so we can set out furniture covers and other supplies.
* Dogs should be crate-trained and not left alone for extended periods.

Property Care

* Please report any damage, loss, or other issues promptly. Guests may be responsible for costs associated with damage occurring during their stay.
* Please do not use glitter or confetti or attach anything to walls, ceilings, or woodwork.

Cleaning, Landscaping & Trash

* Landscapers typically visit every other Friday, usually mid-morning. Trash collection is also on Fridays and is generally handled by our team.
