It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The space also includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The area is close to famous neighbourhoods, such as Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Internet City and Palm Jumeirah. It is also home to numerous skyscrapers and luxury apartments.

Al Majara 1 is one of the communities inside Dubai Marina Al Majara; It is a 6-minute walk to DMCC Metro Station, 20 minutes to Dubai International Airport, 15 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 5 Minutes to Dubai Marina Mall and 10 minutes to JBR.

Around the area, you can get direct access to Marina Walk, where you can explore Dubai Marina, walk, and ride a scooter or a Careem bike. You can also try in Dubai Marina Mall Zipline that will get you across Marina or have a Yacht party or dhow cruise on Marina Walk.

There are various restaurants around Dubai Marina Walk of different cuisine; you can also explore Dubai Marina Mall food options.

There is a grocery store right in front of the Al Majara community; for a supermarket, visit Carrefour at Silverene Tower, a 5-minute walk from Al Majara through Marina Walk.

Residents of the building can find many bus stops nearby. Jumeirah Beach Residence Station Bus Stop is 8 minutes away. JLT Dubai Arch Tower Bus Stop and JLT Saba 1 Tower Bus Stop are under a 10-minute drive from the location.

TRAM STATIONS NEAR AL MAJARA 1
Residents can also use the tram to reach their destinations. Dubai Marina Mall Tram Stop is a 4-minute drive from the location. Dubai Marina Tram Station is 6 minutes away. Jumeirah Beach Residence Tram Station is 8 minutes away from the tower.

METRO STATIONS NEAR AL MAJARA 1
Various metro Stations are located near Al Majara 1. DMCC Metro Station is a 4-minute drive from the tower. Jabel Ali Metro Station is a 5-minute distance from the location. Ibn Battuta Metro Station is 8 minutes away.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
