The main bedroom offers a lovely double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for comfort.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Dubai Hills is a vibrant new neighbourhood that has something for everyone, with a variety of attractions, including the world-famous Burj Khalifa (15 minutes), Marina Dubai (20 minutes), and Miracle Garden Airplane Flowers (15 minutes) with beautiful flowers and unique displays.

It's a kid-friendly neighbourhood with a splash, skate, and ice rink. The Dubai Hills Mall is only 10 minutes away, and it's possible to find delicious dining options such as Jamies Italian Restaurant and Colt Equestrian Restaurant, fantastic stores, Geant Supermarket, and The Storm Coaster, the world's fastest indoor roller coaster.

If you like playing golf, you can head to the Dubai Hills Golf Club, just 6 minutes drive from the property.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DXB Airport is 25 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 20 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 15 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 27 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 23 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.

Note:

Use the toilet for its intended purpose only. Anything other than human waste or toilet paper should not be flushed down.

Dispose of feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, and other nondegradable items in the trash cans.

Don’t pour cooking grease, oils or fats down the sink drains, as they solidify and contribute o blockages in pipelines.

Limit the use of chemical drain cleaners and other harsh cleaning agents that can corrode plumbing pipes and cause blockages.

Report any signs of clogging, such as slow drainage or overflowing toilets, to our team immediately.
