The cottage was adorable and perfect for our girls trip weekend. All the little touches made it so personal and perfect. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more and if we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Coco’s Cottage was exactly as advertised. Clean, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. A welcoming place to “ come home to” after a long day of sightseeing. While we didn’t use the hot tub, the jetted tub was very relaxing , as was the electric fireplace. Also the location is very convenient. The hosts are very welcoming and quick to respond to questions or concerns. We so enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Coco’s Cottage.

We were headed up to Cottonwood to celebrate our anniversary and this Cottage was the perfect venue. Well stocked with the best amenities (Hot Tub, firepit), clean spaces, and location to the downtown was very convenient. We would recommend to friends and family and would definitely book again. Lori and Jack were both great hosts. The communication was great. We have stayed at several VRBO locations, and Coco's Cozy Cottage was by far the most impressive. The attention to detail was remarkable and very much appreciated. Lori thought of everything from coffee, snacks, laundry soap/softener to robes and slippers-even essentials you may have forgotten to pack. When I say the cottage was spotless, I mean it was SPOTLESS! The location is great, also. We visited local shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, Jerome, Prescott, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We went back to Sedona for massages. We cooked a few meals while we were there and had everything we needed to cook full meals.Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had an amazing vacation.

Awesome host, cookies, loaf of bread and bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. Property is great location allowing for day trips to GC, Sedona or Jerome. Nice selection of restaurants in Cottonwood.

Great Property

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean and inviting and was central to everywhere we went. The host also left some amazing cookies for us which were the perfect treat after dinner. 1000% recommend and hope to return the next time we’re in town.

Personal touch to the atmosphere; welcoming bread and cookies is a great touch. The pet friendly space was a quality that allowed me to relax and not worry about my two dogs. The kindness of the host was spectacular. I will highly recommend Coco Cottage to my friends and family.

Coco's Cottage is amazing. Probably the best VRBO rental we have ever had. Besides being very spacious and contemporary, it is beautifully decorated. Lori, the host, went far beyond providing everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was especially amazing, beautiful appliances and kitchen supplies. Checking in and communicating with Lori was very easy.A plate of delicious cookies, and a loaf of sour dough bread with oil and balsamic vinegar waited for us as we checked in. The location is perfect for enjoying all the fun things this Cottonwood/Clarkdale area has to offer.We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Gorgeous home, super clean, lots of great amenities and close to old town Cottonwood. They even accommodate babies, although mine is now 18. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at Coco's Cottage. The home has everything and our host, Lori, went out of her way to make our stay special. From the very tasty freshly made cookies cookies to having a well appointed house it was a great home. We have stayed at VRBO's for years and this is one of the best homes we have ever stayed in!

Cozy Gem

Our stay was so comfortable. What a perfect, cozy cottage!! Great location as it’s close to the cute downtown area, and it’s so easy to drive to Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff, or Prescott.

Book it. You won’t regret it. We love Old Town Cottonwood for restaurants, and this house is about 3-4 minutes away. Go the opposite direction and you’re right on main road to Sedona. Great location. The house though, gah, it’s fantastic — classy but cozy. Host has so many little extras and thoughtful touches throughout home. One of our very favorite VRBO’s ever.

This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. Spotlessly clean, fabulous amenities, special treats from the owner—we can’t say enough about how impressed we were. Exceptional and Perfect for us

We really loved this property. Very clean and had everything one would need and more. The home was very comfortable and the two bedrooms were so lovely and spacious. We enjoyed the fire pit and sipping coffee in the morning on the porch. We will definately book this home again. 5 stars!

Loved your home, the cookies were delicious. Where did you buy them from? I would like to marry you and live happily ever after in this house. LOL If you plan on selling please let me know. OMG! Everything about this rental was amazing! One of our family members is referred to as Coco, so it felt like a sign, we we not wrong! All of the little things that make some place feel like home were there. We didn’t have a pet or young child with us, but the amenities for them were there, including baby books and toys and a doggie fenced in area. We wished we could have used some of the outdoor areas, fire place and hot tub, but it was July and really, really hot. We didn’t seek out our time here, (person in our group was injured in Sedona and we needed to stay until they were stable enough to leave) but we had a good time in Cottonwood and Jerome. We had movie nights every night we were there, and Coco ate the snacks that were left for such an occasion. All Cocos will be spoiled at Coco’s Cottage.Lori was really excellent at communication and really went out of her way to help us out of the bind we were in. In case you need to know, the hospital is 1.5 miles from the cottage. If I were to come back to this area, I would absolutely stay here again, even if it were just for the cookies, and the proximity to Sedonuts, lol, about .5 mile. Coco and I had some wine, just so we could add to the cork collection, a tradition which we loved. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings, having coffee or juice and a book. We were visited by a few cats, hummingbirds and the occasional lizzard, just a great way to start the day. Come here, stay here, you will love it!

Our stay at Coco’s Cottage could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host had thoughtfully considered every detail to create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience. She was also quick to reply to the couple of texts I sent. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we were greeted by such thoughtful touches on the counter - fresh bread, cookies, and sparkling water - which made us feel instantly at home. The living room was equally inviting, with a cozy sectional and a lovely fireplace that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The home features two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms, one of which was especially luxurious, complete with a beautiful skylight that added so much natural light and charm.I especially loved how welcoming the home was for both children and pets. There were pet bowls, a dog mat, a dog door, and even a dedicated fenced area for dogs. Although we didn’t have our dog with us, we would love to return with him. Such a rare and appreciated touch for those traveling with pets.We also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor amenities, taking full advantage of the fire pit, cornhole, and the hot tub, all of which made the stay feel even more special.What stood out most to me, however, was the impeccable cleanliness of the home. It was absolutely spotless and so well cared for.Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Coco’s Cottage. Truly, an A experience!
