The house is amazing. We come with extended family every year, and this is the best rental yet. Plenty of rooms, baths, and the upstairs kitchen is so handy. The host is so responsive and very accommodating. (We couldnt make up our minds about when we wanted to have the hot tub on) Location is great and the beach access across the street is super convenient. The value and cost per guest is amazing. Book it!! We will be back to this place next year!

Loved loves the kitchen layouts ! We had an amazing family stay , that house had everything we needed to make the everything easy , just like as if was home ! Owner was very friendly and attentive towards everything to make sure we were taken care of and enjoy this beautiful home !

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. Everything we needed was on hand, from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of space to relax and unwind.We had a few questions during our stay and the owners answered extremely quickly! Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, comfortable place to stay for a large group of people.

Family Summer Vacation

This was a great place for a very relaxing week. We were all either on the beach, in the pool or hot tub (I was on there a lot), or eating. House was beautiful.

Great Place for Large Gatherings

The house was amazing and enjoyable to everyone. The kids could not stay out of the pool, and it had all of the conveniences of home. Beautiful home.

Guys get away

Is group of guys wanted to relax after our finals, and this place was perfect as it was right there in the beach, that was also close to many restaurants in walking distance on the beach as well. Host was very nice and helped with any problem we had within that hour. Would definitely stay there again.

Best VRBO i have rented.

Awesome house and location. 2 minute walk from the beach. Great outside area with a great grill and hot tub. Putting green is awesome. Balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor are great as well. House has everything you can ask for. Great stay and definitely worth the money

Wonderful family trip

We had a group of family members, 35. The location and home were wonderful. Our only complaint was the bathroom set up in the 3rd floor wasn’t the greatest when traveling with that many families. The home overall was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. Communication with rental company was fantastic and they handled with ease any questions we had.

taj of the gulf

Everything was absolutely incredible from the house to the hosts...Great ocean views, close proximity to the beach, Was great relaxing in the hot tub watching football. It's close to all the attractions. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 to spread out. Jeff responds immediately to any questions...Even the pool guy was super friendly. We vacation twice a year and this house and Host are by far the easiest and nicest place we have stayed. We have stayed at more expensive places but not better...Thanks for helping make memories Jeff

Amazing Friendcation!

This house is beautiful! It’s very clean, and just as described in the listing. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and also in walking distance to several restaurants. Outside has the perfect set up with the pool, hot tub & bar area. We spent lots of time out there. This is the best stocked home we’ve ever stayed at. So many pool toys, beach wagon, beach towels, etc. The owners literally thought of everything! I spoke to Jeff a few times, and he was always quick to respond and helpful. He asked for feedback about the house, and you can tell that he & his wife want to ensure that every guest has the best experience. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The house and rooms were exactly as described. The beds were comfortable. The couches were all daybeds with covers, comfy and practical. We had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen. The slushy machine was a hit! Nearly every room had a Roku TV which you could control with the app. We were able to connect to Apple Music, Apple TV, Netflix, etc, through the Roku app. They had beach towels and bath towels, rags, hand towels and bath mats. We had 23 people. There were not enough beach towels for a group that large, but they also weren’t expected.There are a few hair dryers available. Tiny bottles of shampoo, hand soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes are available. These are a nice gesture by the host. We used their hair dryers, but our own toiletries.The host called right at check-in to ensure we got in ok and provide their cell phone number, if needed. Anytime we reached out, they were prompt to reply and remedy all issues. The beach access gate was right across Front Beach Rd and the house was two houses down, so a really short walk away. Ocean views available from the 3rd floor balcony. Ice cream and donut shop, arcade, go-karts, restaurants, and Alvin’s tropical department store all a short walk away. Plenty of pool floats and toys left behind by prior guests to enjoy. A heavy duty cooler and wagon on wheels meant for sand and beach umbrellas and sand screws were available for use.All in all, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this rental!

We had an amazing stay! We had 4 different families and we all felt comfortable throughout our stay! Our expectations were definitely exceeded. Beds and couches were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were amazing. The beach entrance was directly across the street and took us no longer than a minute or two to get down there. Such a great location that is close to everything. Our dogs also loved this stay as well. I would recommend this place over and over again.
