We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We’re very sorry that the previous guests weren’t respectful and cleaned the grill after they used it. Our maintenance team has stepped in and taken care of that -

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear the location, pool and beach access, and home layout worked so well for your group—it’s always our goal to make sure families traveling together have both space and comfort. We also appreciate your notes about the couches and housekeeping. The couches are on our radar for replacement, and while regular cleanings are always completed, our full deep cleans are scheduled in the off-season to ensure every property is refreshed from top to bottom. Thanks again for choosing us, and we’d love to host you all again when you’re back at the beach!

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the house and loved the pool — it’s a guest favorite for good reason. We appreciate the feedback regarding kitchen supplies and cleaning. If you'd reached out during your stay, we would’ve been happy to bring over any missing items right away — we want our guests to be fully comfortable, especially during peak season when things can move quickly. That said, we’ll share your comments with our team and use them to make sure everything’s stocked and ready for future guests. Thanks again for staying with us!

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the layout and had a nice stay overall. That said, we do wish you had shared any concerns with us during your visit—especially since you reached out about other matters. We’re always available during each stay and happy to help in real time. As for the bugs you mentioned, Palmetto Bugs are unfortunately very common in our coastal climate. This is noted both in our rental agreement, as we want guests to be aware ahead of time. That said, the home is regularly treated by professionals, and we’ve already followed up with our team to recheck inventory and inspect the refrigerator. Thank you again for staying with us!

We're sorry to hear there may have been challenges with your stay. We do wish you would have reached out to us while you were still here at the phone number provided so that we could assist. Palmetto Bugs and spiders can definitely be prevalent here especially in the summer, but this home is on a quarterly pest control program. Thanks for staying with us!
