Oceanfront Penthouse med spektakulær udsigt i North Beach Plantation

We’re disappointed to see a 2-star rating, particularly as this is one of our most popular properties and consistently a guest favorite. During your stay, you contacted us regarding the fans and electrical outlets, and we offered to have someone come by that day or the following morning to take a look. You declined, letting us know that the fans were not a problem and that you would “be fine as is.” We did not receive any other concerns regarding the condition of the property during your stay. In fact, you later requested a late-afternoon checkout due to your flight schedule, and we were able to accommodate you with a noon checkout. Had you shared any additional concerns with us while you were there, we would have been happy to address them. Given the lack of any reported concerns about the condition of the property during your stay, we’re surprised that a vague characterization of the condo as “well worn” resulted in a 2-star rating.

Thank you for your five-star review! We're so glad your family enjoyed the property and its beautiful ocean views! We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your housekeeping concerns. Our properties are stocked with washcloths, bedding, and full rolls of toilet paper as part of the initial starter supplies. While we were unable to verify the reported discrepancies through photographs, we certainly take these concerns seriously. Our team responded to your messages and offered assistance with the bedding, and we would have gladly addressed any missing items. The condition of the floors was not reported during your stay, but we would have been happy to send housekeeping back to address that as well. We will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure our stocking and housekeeping standards are consistently met. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome your family back!

Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is always to provide guests with clear communication before and during their stay. Following booking, all guest communications are handled directly by our local management team and include check-in instructions, office information, contact details, and maintenance reporting procedures. For guests arriving after office hours, the requirement to complete ID verification the following day is communicated in advance as part of the check-in process. Additionally, the contact information for our team and instructions for reporting maintenance concerns are provided in our pre-arrival communications, on the check-in materials provided at arrival, within the welcome information inside the property, and again in our mid-stay follow-up message. While we regret that aspects of the arrival process were frustrating, the maintenance and housekeeping concerns referenced in your review were not reported to our team during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and address them promptly. We appreciate your comments and are pleased to hear that you enjoyed both the resort and the unit overall.

Thank you for your review. The building maintenance that impacted your view is part of the resort’s routine off-season work, which is disclosed in advance and reflected in seasonal pricing. As for the comment about the unit being “tired,” this is one of our most requested condos, with many guests returning year after year. This is not something that has been brought to our attention before. We also did not receive any concerns during your stay and would have gladly addressed anything in real time.

We're so glad you loved the condo! We were unaware that there were issues with the mattress protectors but I will absolutely pass this to maintenance now. Thanks for staying with us!
