POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE (Sept 15th-May 15th) FOR $100/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED, Plus Taxes & Fees). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

This vibrant 5 bedroom 4 bath getaway is located in the desirable Resort of Ocean Isle Beach giving guests exclusive access to an oceanfront clubhouse and pool private beach access a bathhouse and a crab dock all an easy 5 minute stroll away.

Designed for laid back beach living Rainbow Skies is perfect for families and groups looking to relax and reconnect.
Each bedroom is styled with cheerful coastal decor and cozy beds to help you drift off after sun filled days.
Fresh linens and bath towels are provided so you can pack light and focus on making memories.

Spread out and unwind in two spacious family rooms, enjoy splashing around in the private pool, or gather in the open airy kitchen for meals filled with laughter and good vibes. When it is time to hit the sand, we have you covered with beach chairs umbrellas and toys-plus an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sunscreen.

Room 3: (2) Twin/Twin Bunk Beds with Ensuite
Additionally the den has a full sleeper sofa available for use

Second Floor:
Room 4: Queen Bed and a Twin/Full Bunk Bed
Full bath in hallway
Room 5: Queen

BEACH ACCESS: Just come out the house take a right then go straight to the beach, it’s about a 1-2 minute walk.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
