What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- Being centrally located, our neighbourhood is a bustle and can be quite loud at all times of the day, but our brand new suite does buffer this noise quite well!
- We do not have A/C and it may get warmer in the summer months, however opening up windows will create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!

Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen bed, read a book by the large windows, take a nap on the couch or get some work done at the kitchen table, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit.

Our guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queen size beds, and a queen pullout couch in the living room - all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sparkling clean washroom with shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea, and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Our property is located just off of Whyte Avenue which is a vibrant and bustling neighborhood in the heart of Edmonton, Alberta. Known for its trendy restaurants, unique boutiques, and lively nightlife, it's the perfect spot for guests looking to experience the best of the city.

Guests staying in the Whyte Avenue area will have access to a wide variety of dining options, from casual cafes and pubs to upscale restaurants serving international cuisine. Getting around from our location is a breeze! Our property is conveniently located near major transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city. Public transportation options, such as buses and trains, are easily accessible and can take you to popular destinations in no time.

Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available for those who prefer a more private mode of transportation. For those who prefer to drive, on-street parking is available, but please check with us for details and availability. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our property is the perfect jumping off point for your next adventure!

*Please note* - Additional guest fee apply after 2 guests

*Please note* -All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.

* Please note * - We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house that record to the cloud 24/7

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
