Unit 703 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square feet unit on the 7th floor with a 141 square feet balcony overlooking the stunning Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has new furniture, a king size bed and an attached bath with a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room has a queen size sleeper. Unit has upgraded walk-in showers in the bathrooms, new stainless appliances in the kitchen, vinyl floors in the living room and both bedrooms, tile floors in the kitchen and hallway. This unit occupancy is 8 people.

Beautiful well stocked condo

It was located in a quieter area of PCB, but close to Schooners, which we loved. The Condo must of been professionally decorated because it was absolutely gorgeous. The attention to detail was amazing. The only thing they didn’t provide and i forgot was a blow dryer, so I let my hair air dry.

The condo is decorated beautifully. The cleaning crew could do a better job on showers but overall it was very clean. We have stayed here two years in a row because we liked it so much!!!

Unit 703

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice and clean. Overall I was satisfied with my stay. A few things that could’ve been improved on: check in and security. We arrived early and i called ahead to let them know of this. They explained they couldn’t guarantee a ln early check in which I understood. But we arrived and went down to the beach. The front desk associate explained she would call us if the unit was ready early. We waited from 10-3:30 (check in is 3) without a call. I finally walked up from the beach about 3:30 since I assumed it was ready being past normal check in. She said she had been busy. Second issue is one afternoon at the pool the female security guard was telling some guests they couldn’t drink in the pool. They proceeded to acknowledge her request and move their drinks. She came back not even 1 minute later arguing with them and causing a scene. It was very unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate the drama in front of my children. The security guard seemed more interested in chatting with the locals or owners than doing her job. Highly alarming. You can find better help in my opinion.

Lots of Beach and stuff

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was definitely beach themed and was decorated as if this was someones home. Lots of personal touches everywhere. The condo was not as clean as it should have been. We found the over abundance of curtains dusty and way too much. It covered the beautiful view The tub had sewer gas coming up from it and we had to plug it to stop from stinking up the bathroom. The condo is beautiful but during this time of Covid there where to many knick-knacks that were not dusted and made cleaning it hard. Old dusty magazines in a basket should have been removed since that is a surface that can't be cleaned. I would be reluctant to come back to this unit because it had way to much stuff that you couldn't clean. We had the owners daughter enter into our condo while my daughter was taking a shower and thank the Lord her husband was in the kitchen to stop them. There was a computer glitch that showed the unit as vacant and we had proof we had the week. The owners should not have a key to enter whenever they please. My daughter was very frightened that the owners could come in at anytime. The beach is great, the pools are great but the condo needs to be de-cluttered, detailed clean and the curtain have to go.

Relaxing and Beautiful!

It was very inviting and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the other furnishings so cozy and updated. We spent a good bit of time on the balcony through the week and enjoyed so much not only the fabulous view of the ocean while listening to the sounds of the waves but also enjoyed watching the children at the beach. The balcony also overlooked two beautiful pools who many of the guests enjoyed. We are already working on booking another trip!

Would not have been a problem if I’d known before hand, but when you’re stuck with wet hair it escalates!! Otherwise it was a beautiful condo and had everything else you might want (kitchen was packed with stuff!)
