The Space:

Please note this property has an adjoining Studio Airbnb above the detached two car garage. The studio apartment entrance is located at the top of the stairway from the deck.

Guest Access:
Guests will park in the driveway located in the back of the house. Guests will enter the house using the back door from the deck which is right off the driveway. A lock box by the back door will have the key to the house inside. If you have more then one car please park on the street behind the unit. Please note the studio above the garage is rented as well so please don't park in front of the garage doors.

The Neighborhood:
House is located on the greenway. Very quiet neighborhood approximately two miles from Davidson College, and just several miles to Lake Norman, Charlotte, restaurants and many shopping centers.
Please note this house has a Studio Airbnb apartment located above the detached two car garage. It has it's own private entrance although to gain access to it guests will use the deck attached to the house.

Charlotte - Taste of Charlotte - This three-day annual festival takes over the streets of uptown Charlotte and includes food from more than 100 local restaurants. Each establishment offers samples and bite-sized servings of some of their most popular dishes in exchange for festival coins, which can be purchased at booths throughout the event. Belmont - Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens - Holidays at the Garden, Nov. 29 through Jan. 5.
