Catch up around the fire pit, smoke a turkey, let your pooch run around (pet fee), or relax in the hammock under twinkle lights with a drink in your hand. WIFI allows you to do work while streaming on your devices including our Smart TVs with apps for your movies, music, and favorite TV shows or to play XBOX. Extended stays are no problem with inside laundry and an option to get a Tidy Up cleaning visit. A full kitchen for the chef or baker with new SS appliances. Hot water kettle, coffee, and tea available. Plenty of places for your pooch to stay connected with it's humans including food and water bowls and a bed if needed. Bright and open spaces with plenty of natural light. Homemade artistic pieces and thoughtful touches sprinkled throughout the home. Can you guess which pieces? Are you curious to see the Alice in Wonderland themed powder room, or go back in time with the retro glam guest room, or settle in to a soft beach themed master bedroom with a custom walk in shower and en suite? Parking is plentiful with three spaces in the driveway and more on the street.

We are available within reasonable response times 24/7 by text, phone, or email Under certain circumstances, there will be one to two people available if needed on our behalf.

You can be in our neighborhood for 30 seconds and then in areas with homes from the 40's with large trees and lots. Whether by bike, foot, or car, you can get to so many places.

There is a saying, "If you want to get anywhere in Eugene, you are only 15 minutes away". 10 minutes from the airport. Walk 2 minutes to the trains. Want local food carts and try the meade/cider/beer, be there in 5 minutes. 5 minute bikeride to the Riverwalk. Coffee shops abound. Near NE Expressway which takes you to Chambers, Junction City, Downtown with shopping at Oakway, Valley River Mall. Take Beltline and off to the 5N or 5S or even be dropped into Springfield with a plethora of antique shops. Coburg is also about 10 minutes away with it's farm houses and more antique stores. Autzen or Matthew Knight is only 15 minutes by car or bike. Wanna float the river or paddle board there are lots of options including the canals behind Cuthbert it's musical concerts. You want it, we got it.

Be respectful of neighbors but generally 10pm to 7am are good quiet times.
No shoes in house are preferred but not necessary.

No in app purchases allowed on the smart TVs or Xbox.
Be respectful of our possessions as some are irreplaceable. If anything is broken, or needs fixing during your stay, please let us know.
