Wonderful!

We loved our stay at Smoky Bear Splash! One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The game room was a huge hit with our daughter as was the pool and hot tub. The location is easy to find and close to all things Pigeon Forge/Dollywood!

Three generations together and everyone had a great time!

Loved the location right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and accessible to everything. Cabin is very well stocked with everything you need and very clean. Kids enjoyed all the games, laser tag guns, pool and hot tub. Four bedrooms with individual bathrooms made it easy to get everyone ready to go out. Two days in Dollywood (10 minutes away) worn everyone out and the cabin was perfect to unwind afterwards. Bringing our little maltipoo along made the trip. Highly recommend it for families with kids or a group of adults who act like big kids!

Excellent place to stay every thing to do is so close the cabin is beautiful, clean , well stocked with everything you need . The pool and the game was a hit for the family and everyone loved the Christmas decorations and lights inside the cabin .We highly recommend this cabin and would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home that had everything and more! the pool on the main level and the seating around the pool was perfect for the adults to still be together comfortably while watching the kids play in the pool. Very close to town which is a huge plus. Game room was a hit for adults and kids. Best part was the cute bear that came to visit the deck - the kids loved seeing the bear…. From the car ;-)

Perfect location and super clean!

Our family and friends really enjoyed staying at this property! It was ideally located and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub!

Great location for family vacation

Enjoyed the Smoky Bear Splash cabin, great location. We had family vacation of six adults and three small kids. Any issues we had the host responded immediately. The cabin was clean and supplied very well.

Amazing family vacation spot!

Best vacation ever in the Smokies! Pool and game room were great when it rained. Conveniently located for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very quiet location without going up the mountain.

Smoky Mountain Getaway

My family has been doing rentals for years and Smoky Bear Splash raised our standards. It was well maintained and had everything we needed. This property was so well stocked with dishes, pans, and appliances. Had much to keep young children occupied. A good time was had by all.

Great cabin experience for the whole family

We stayed a week and had a great time. The grandkids wore their selves out in the pool and hot tub. Game room was fun also lots of competition in our group. Cabin is well stocked with everything you need.

Amazing!

We had such a great time at the cabin. The property is just like the pictures and extremely clean! Anything you could think of that you would need in a kitchen, this cabin had it!

Wonderful family trip

We stayed here for our annual weekend family trip to Pigeon Forge. The grandchildren loved the pool and game room. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The porch had comfortable chairs for us to sit and relax in the evenings. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was very convenient with ample parking for 4 vehicles. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The host was very kind and responsive to any of our questions. Thank you for a wonderful memory making weekend!

The house is pretty nice and cute.lots of room for everyone.Kids love the pool and tub and games. Location is very convenient.. We got a minor issues for the house but since the owner responded and resolved the issues right away and she’s very nice and apologetic that’s why I gave 5 stars.! Love to stay again in here!!!

Perfect!

This was the perfect place to stay for our first Smokey Mountain vacation. The kids loved the pool and game room! The adults loved the hot tub and the deck. This place was super close to everything. The tourist attractions are just a stone throw away and you can be in the mountains in less than an hour. The host was super fast at responses to our questions!Pigeon Forge is the better choice to stay. You have to pay 20 to park in Gatlinburg,then walk to all of ypur destinations.

We chose this cabin for our annual family weekend in Pigeon Forge and it was fabulous!! The cabin is everything and more than what the pictures show. There was a good selection of board games and the electronic games were a hit for all of the adults. The pool area was very nice and welcoming. Outside furniture was nice quality and comfy. We did take advantage of the grill and any accessory needed was available at the cabin. Everything was clean. The beds were exceptionally nice and comfortable. The kitchen was more than well stocked. We did have contact with host due to an unknown person parking in our driveway and they were overly helpful and responsive for our entire stay. The driveway was big enough for a full size truck and SUV, a mid-size car and mid-size SUV without any crowding. We will definitely stay here again.
