Overall experience of the home was amazing. Everything was beautiful and had everything we needed: the home is within walking distance to everything and felt like home away from home. Will book this home again for our next beach vacation.

Our whole family enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus and the beach was so close! Great price and location!

We enjoyed our stay - the house was a perfect setup for our two families visiting. The beach is footsteps away and easy to get to.

Great location and had everything we needed. Pool was wonderful and had pool and beach accessories Trolley was steps away for easy commuting to village The hosts were prompt in answering and met our needs.

Plaza House was the perfect place for our family vacation. There were 9 of us ages 2-67 and we had plenty of room. Everything we needed for the home dnd beach was provided. We were close to the beach, town, and trolley stop which was wonderful. So convenient! I highly recommend.

Perfect experience. Incredible location. And the house was perfect. Outdoor area is legit and considering what the housing market is right now, this place was also really affordable. 10/10 would rent again.

This place is absolutely a gem! We have a group of 8 women that are friends from college and get together every year. It was a great set up for us. So roomy and clean. We had both the main house and the second floor apartment. The pool is great the hot tub fit all of us. The backyard is roomy and the pool is heated. The location is my favorite part. Easy walk to the beach and to town. We loved it!

Fiesta in Siesta

This should be the only place you stay on the island. The location is perfect a short walk to the village, the closest to being on the beach without being on the beach.(the walk is less than 30 seconds from your feet in sand). Amazing beds, plenty of room for larger groups. The back yard is perfect with an in ground heated pool and hot tub. Ryan and Dawn are the best hosts we’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish this is one of if not the best places to rent on the island. You won’t be disappointed with the Plaza House it’s amazing!

The house is in a convenient location and is set up well with everything you need. We did have a problem with the back door that never locked, contacted the host and immediately got a response, however, after the handyman came out and said he couldn’t fix it, we never heard back from the host to tell us what the next step was so had to sleep with the door unlocked and put a cooler up against the door and a chair on top of it so if someone tried to open it we would wake up which didn’t make us feel safe obviously. The house also needs a good cleaning. The oven was very dirty. The bathrooms had mold in parts of the track where the door slides. Also, be careful with the tub in the bathroom, it is super slippery like walking on soap, even with the liner that was in there. The pool is brand new so you have to wear water shoes, it will give you scrapes and remove the skin on your toes as it is very rough. The location was fantastic and we ended up having a great time as a family but I was in charge of the group and had to be hearing the complaints which I wish could have been avoided.

Our family enjoyed our beach vacation at the Plaza House. The owners shared detailed information for check-in and check-out, leaving us with no questions. They responded immediately when we inquired about the pool temperature to walk us through how to change it, and then called to follow up. The house accommodated all of us comfortably, and we loved that our only decision was whether we wanted to swim in the pool or the ocean.Ryan and Dawn made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this property to other travelers for its convenience to the beach, to Siesta Key Village, and for its accommodating hosts.

Can't say enough about this place . Location was perfect easy walk to beach or town the trolley stop was also very close.House was perfect family of 10 ages 65 to 2 . My husband and I enjoyed the upstairs apt. While rest of family had downstairs.Pool and hot tub beautiful . They provided everything you needed beachchairs,umbrellas ,coolers and even wagons also pool toys . Communication with host was amazing Ryan responded immediately to my questions. Can not wait to come back!
