Kitchen is fully equipped to make your meals during your stay to have a comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom is well-appointed with a hair dryer, and the open layout of the studio provides a spacious feel. One parking pass is found inside the room and to be placed on your vehicle and visible at all times. Upon departure parking pass must be left inside the room to avoid a service charge of $50.00

Due to some damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole of 2022 the pool and pool house, pool deck, gym are closed and under repair. There will be repairs and construction noises during 2026/2027 to the outside of the building, hallways, pool, pool deck that unfortunately we have no control.
