This thoughtfully designed space lives like an oversized 1-bedroom apartment. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious California King bed with a world-class Tempur-Pedic mattress—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or a scenic drive up the PCH. It easily fits two large suitcases with dedicated luggage racks and doesn’t share walls with neighbors. The window offers a peek toward the Pacific for a true Malibu vibe.

The living room includes a high-end Rove Concepts queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, a 65` Smart TV, and an acrylic coffee table—ideal for enjoying a show or game with your favorite takeout.

The full kitchen is equipped with a large fridge (filtered water & ice maker), gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials to prepare a great meal. The dining area is styled with elegant placemats and is a perfect spot to sip coffee from the Cuisinart maker or enjoy a shared dinner.

Please note: The unit is not baby-proofed; children must be supervised at all times.

Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry with 24-hour self check-in—no keys to manage. You`ll receive a unique access code and detailed instructions prior to arrival.

Your stay includes premium coffee, access to our washer and dryer (please, no sand!), and your own free parking space directly in front of the unit with easy drive-in/drive-out access.

Public transportation options are limited, but the area is easily navigable by car or on foot to the nearby cafe`s, restaurants, and beach access points; offering guests like you the flexibility to tailor your travel experience to your preferences.

For your comfort, the bungalow features two powerful mini-split heating and cooling units—please ensure both are set to the same mode (cool, heat, etc.) to function properly. You’ll also enjoy high-speed WiFi, luxury linens, plush towels, and eco-friendly toiletries. Beach towels are provided, and the space is fully stocked with essentials to make your stay effortless. To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following:

We are on a septic system, please ONLY flush toilet paper.
Do not pour or flush the following down any drain or toilet:

Sand

Paper towels

Non-flushable wipes (baby, cleaning, etc.)

Feminine hygiene products

Diapers, condoms, dental floss

Cigarette butts, cat litter, coffee grounds

Pharmaceuticals or household chemicals (paint, oil, gasoline, antifreeze, etc.)

Appliance Use & Sand Policy
No sand in the washer, dryer, toilets, showers, or sinks.

Damage caused by sand in appliances may result in a repair or replacement fee.

Please shake off towels and clothes outside before washing.

Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking home (including tobacco, cannabis, vapes, etc.).

Smoking inside will result in a $500 non-refundable deodorizing fee.

Kindly remove your shoes when entering the home.

You`re welcome to leave them by the door to keep things clean and comfy.

👥 Guest Policy
No unregistered or overnight guests allowed beyond your reservation.

Violations may lead to cancellation or $100 per extra guest, per night.

🛋️ Furniture & Food
Please do not eat or drink on the living room couch or in the bedroom.

Use the provided coasters for drinks in the living room.

Do not move or drag large furniture — it may damage the floors.

📬 Mail & Deliveries
No mail deliveries accepted unless pre-arranged with us in advance.

📺 Electronics & Supplies
Please do not unplug any electronics or appliances.

Do not open or take home any extra supplies stored in the unit — they are for future guest use.

🐾 Pets
No pets allowed unless pre-approved before your stay.

🗑️ Trash & Cleanup
Use the trash bins provided and do not leave trash sitting in the unit.

Please take trash to the on-site dumpster regularly.

Large or bulky items left behind may result in a disposal fee.

🧹 Checkout Instructions
Please strip used sheets and leave them on the bed.

Used towels should remain in the bathroom.

Leave the space in similar condition as when you arrived.

If excessive cleaning is required, a minimum $75/hour fee may apply.
