Due to the historically mild climate in Estes Park, central air conditioning is uncommon in local homes, and our listing explicitly notes that this property does not have it. However, we understand that temperatures are rising, which is why our team proactively delivered a portable AC unit to help keep your family comfortable during your stay. Regarding the property's surroundings, the mountain landscape changes significantly depending on the weather. The region has been experiencing a prolonged dry spell, which affects the local vegetation. When it does rain, the mountain roads naturally become muddy, and when it is dry, they become dusty. We take great pride in this home’s panoramic views of the Front Range and are sorry that the natural, rugged environment of the Rocky Mountains did not meet your expectations.

This is one of my favorite homes. The views are amazing and it is laid out in a way that is cozy for a small group or plenty of room for a family to gather. We would love to be your home away from home and host your getaways to the mountains.
