The bathrooms were a bit on the cozy side and not much countertop space. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Overall, an EXCELLENT place to stay.

Beautiful location. We could access Rocky mountain National Park without going through downtown Estes Park. It was great having 2 bathrooms and bedrooms and being able to cook meals instead of eating at restaurants every night. I highly recommend this place for people visiting the park for a few days or more.

Very nice condo. Clean, roomy and excellent spot for a restful night in Estes.Played golf for the weekend and would highly recommend to other duffers with quick access to the Course.

Booked our stay for five old friends to get together for a girls trip. It was the perfect spot. 3 out of 4 afternoons during our stay an entire herd of elk were hanging out in the field in front of these condos when we got back from our daily excursions. The location was great.

Hallet peak 101 was a beautiful condo. Very comfortable , clean and close to many activities around Estes Park and RMNP. Loced the bakcony and that it had laundry. Only complaint was that there was a hotub from different condo outside 1 bedroom wall and you could hear that running all night. I would still stay here and highly recommend if you are visiting the area. We even saw lots of Elk right outside our condo.

Had a great time staying at this property. The morning sunrises were stunning. And it was hard to leave the beautiful views from the balcony. Just far enough away from downtown for it to be a nice and quiet retreat but also close enough to town to come and go as you please. Very reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area. Will look forward to staying at this property in the future.

There are many condos very close together in this area and it is kind of difficult to locate the numbers. Parking is limited and the properties are not well marked.

I was disappointed that one of the main reasons to stay here was the view from the balcony, and it was extremely dirty. The cushions had not been wiped down in who knows how long, and the coffee table had a film of dirt. For a place that offered no refunds almost two months out, this is unacceptable. We will not be staying here again.

The bathroom had blood on side of the tub.The stairs were not safe. At night the bedrooms were incredibly hot at night. No air conditioning in bedrooms and the air conditioning in living area does not make it to the bedrooms

We take safety and hygiene very seriously. Your comments regarding the bathtub has been shared with our housekeeping teams for immediate inspection and corrective action. The stairs have been reported to the Mary's Lake HOA, as they are responsible for those. Regarding the temperature, there is a fan in each bedroom closet to help with circulation. We actively advertise this unit as having no central ac, so that there is no confusion. Again, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The beds were very comfortable, it was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, the fireplace was a nice ambiance, the rooms all had televisions, small patio to enjoy the beautiful view. The only negative was that, while it is not part of the stay but an added option if available, the pool was available but in need of some repair and the hot tub was not turned on or cleaned. They should not be included as amenities if not available for use. Some rooms have their own hot tub but not all. The listing seemed a bit misleading since it said it is normally open after Memorial Day and we went after that date. Overall, we would stay here again. Reasonable price and so close to town and RMNP. We received great communication and had all the supplies we needed for a great stay!

Fantastic location at a great price

Less then 10 minutes from downtown Estes and RMNP made this a great choice for our family. The pool and hot tub made for relaxing days after walking all over downtown or hiking all over the national park.
