Great location right by Lake Estes. It was very entertaining to watch the elk bugle and rut. The house had every amenity we needed.

The property fit our needs well. The kitchen was well stocked. When there we spent the majority of our time in the little sun room. From there we saw mule dear, elk and some beautiful moon rises.

Great house for our 3 person hiking trip. Could walk 12 minutes to downtown for dinner and parks and only 15 minutes to Longs Peak. House has character and was clean. It was simple and all we needed.

Lovely home with everything you need. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. My friends and I were in Estes Park for the wool festival and this location was perfect, close to the places we wanted to go. Checking in was very smooth and checking out was a breeze. The home has plenty of beds and they were comfortable with extra blankets if needed. Definitely the cleanest home I have ever stayed in. We hope we can get this home next year.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean. We got to watch mama elk and 3 babies outside the sunroom one morning. We took a lot of walks around the lake. It was close to everything. The shower downstairs was amazing. The only downfall was that the bed in the basement was so hard that my husband and I both couldn’t stand to sleep on it. So we had 3 adults and 2 kids all sleeping upstairs. But the beds upstairs were fine. Overall a nice place to stay!

Great house!

We had a wonderful time at the house - it was perfect for our family! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a welcoming party our first night of two mama elks and their two babies in the backyard! Close enough to the lake to take a quick walk down there. Would definitely stay there again!

The location is very convenient to access downtown and highways. The beds were very hard. The stairs to the basement are not recommended for small kids or older adults. Bathrooms were nice. You can stargaze one block away. It can a accommodate up to 8 people which is a good rate for having space. Nice patio in back.

Beautiful Estes Park house

The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. It has lots of space and was perfect for my small group of friends as we got together for an event in Estes Park. We were even greeted by a herd of elk moving through the backyard one day. It was an absolutely lovely stay and we would definitely do it again. The only negative, which is not the properties fault, but the city was replacing the front sidewalk on the day we arrived so the driveway was not accessible the entire time. The street parking was perfectly fine though.
