Yes, the building's hot water comes from one of the building's hot water heaters, which can get overwhelmed in the morning when guests are all trying to use hot water at the same time. Running it for however long necessary for it to warm up is the best option. We look forward to having you stay with Vacation Rental Collective again in the future!

I am sincerely sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a clogged sink and a leaking toilet, especially when your intention was to enjoy the convenience of cooking and dining in the condo. I want to let you know that we have addressed these issues. The sink has been unclogged and thoroughly cleaned, and the toilet has been repaired to prevent any further leaks. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience this caused you and your family, and for the additional expenses you incurred as a result. Your feedback about the noise from the maintenance entrance and the elevator is also important. We are looking into ways to mitigate these disruptions for future guests. I appreciate your understanding and patience, and I am truly sorry that we did not resolve these issues more promptly during your stay.
