Together, these two beautifully renovated penthouse corner units offer 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and panoramic ocean views from every room. Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors create a light and airy space where the ocean feels like part of the living room.

Great place to stay! Everything was as advertised in the listing. Very clean, and a perfect location. Walking distance to coffee shops, convenience stores and some shops. We saw Sea Turtles come up onto the beach by the condo every day. Host communication and responsiveness was very good. Highly recommend staying here!

No need to jump in a car to swim and snorkel; do it right here! Must swim out a bit for best snorkeling. Pool area has everything - basins to rinse feet off after beach, shower for after snorkeling. Times Market down the street for groceries. Condos have lots of fans. One of the 2 bedrooms in 400 does not have AC so leave door open. Both units have washer driers. Plenty of beach towels. Beach chairs, some snorkel gear, kiddie toys. 403’s 3rd BR has 2 twins, not a king, but could be pushed together.

This was a family vacation of a lifetime! 12 of us were there to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. We wanted a place right on the beach with views of the ocean, a swimming pool, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Nohonani delivered on all counts! The children, 6 to 16 years of age, absolutely loved the fine white sand beach, the waves for bogey boarding, and the sea turtles. It was so convenient to have the beach and the pool only steps away from the condo units. The children didn't want to go anywhere else! We loved Nohonani!Many thanks, John. The location was absolutely perfect. Right next to the water!! We got to enjoy the sunset every night and the kids loved it. We really liked all the “extras” in the room including an ice chest, chairs, umbrella and beach toys that made it feel extra special. Room 400 was definitely a little nicer than 403 but you rent these room for the locations and the views! Having AC was really nice too. The hosts were great and the communication was excellent!Highly recommend!!!

We need space for our large family to stay. The two units were amazing, they had everything we needed for our week stay. Host was very responsive on any questions we had. Perfect place for watching the whales from the balcony.

We enjoyed the condos, the view is spectacular! Both condos had everything we needed for our week in Maui. Including chairs for the beach, coolers and beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. I definitely would stay there again.

What a magical time our family had enjoying the breathtaking, constant ocean views of this beautiful beachfront condo pair! Falling asleep to the soothing sound of surf and waking to sunlight reflected on clear, green-blue, crystalline water left us with memories that will last a lifetime. We had been looking forward to this stay for over a year, and when we finally arrived, what met us still exceeded expectations! There is no overdone hype in the Vrbo listing—the units themselves are lovely and tastefully decorated with many thoughtful amenities that made our stay smooth and comfortable. And, YES, sea turtles DO frequent the beach directly below the condos, making many appearances seemingly for our benefit. Our little grandchildren loved playing “turtle watch” and were never disappointed; come to think of it, the older grandkids and adults loved it, too! John communicated with immediacy and was always able to resolve problems with alacrity. We truly had the perfect ocean vacation and would gladly stay in this bit of paradise again! Thank you, John, for providing us with idyllic accommodations for our amazing Maui family gathering!

Amazing stay! Great host/communication. Awesome location for families

We had so much fun - beautiful condo with amazing ocean views. Clean, well equipped, great location. We were here for a week in January and saw many many whales and turtles every single day from our balcony. It was lovely!! We had one issue with the electronic lock box battery dying (totally normal) and the host couldn't have been quicker to respond and help us out. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great place to enjoy Maui

The property is great, for so many reasons. The condos themselves were perfect, fully stocked (no worrying about the daily life things like spices, dishwasher soap and trash bags). The pool and beach are perfect; semi private with only the neighbors (who are all very friendly). Great place for snorkeling, watching turtle's, good neighborhood places, and easy access to everything in NW Maui.

Amazing location with incredible views

Not a whole lot other to say than both of these condos were incredible. There were two families in our group and we split up between the two but frequented the 3BD condo more as it had the space but both were incredible. The views are unmatched from these penthouses. The private beach was perfect, the pool great. All in all I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Maui. This is the place to stay!

We had a wonderful week here Nov 2025. We had both units for a larger group. The condo’s were completely stocked with seasoning, coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, and more. The host was prompt and easy to work with. The beds were very comfortable! The condo and property were very clean and well landscaped. The pool was heated and fabulous! The tide was in most of the week and didn’t get much beach time in but was able to use it a few times. The only con was, one room didn’t have air conditioning…the breeze was wonderful and the couple slept great, not sure how it would be in the hotter months though. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!

Nohonani 403

The view is amazing. the second floor bedrooms get very warm and with no air conditioning would be too hot in the summer but was fine for the spring. Unfortunately there was construction going on Monday thru Friday starting at 8:30 am. It made staying in the condo unbearable during the day. This should have been revealed before putting down a deposit. Again, loved the view!

Family Vacation

This property and vacation was everything I had hoped for. The two units fit our family of 11 (8 adults and 3 children) perfectly. We had a bedroom for each couple and one for the kids. The views are amazing and we watched turtles pass by the balcony 24/7. One turtle decided to beach himself right under our balcony for the afternoon. We saw whales, dolphins, and even a monk seal stopping by to check out the turtle. The only thing missing was one of the parking passes but a simple phone call and they immediately dropped it off. They were very prompt with our request and checked to make sure we didn't need anything else. We snorkeled daily right outside the complex and the kids played endlessly in the pool and on the sandy beach. Not all of the complexes have a sandy beach so this was a bonus. We BBQ'd several meals and made use of the pool toys, beach chairs, and coolers for our excursions. I would highly recommend this location and hope to make this a regular trip. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed.

It sounds like you had some truly magical wildlife encounters—how special to have a turtle nap right below the lanai and to see whales, dolphins, and even a monk seal! We’re also glad you enjoyed the snorkeling, sandy beach, pool time, and BBQs—those are some of our favorite parts of staying at the property, too.
