Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the concern caused by the cracked and loose balcony tiles—that is absolutely not the experience we want for our guests. We are addressing this with buildings HOA immediately to ensure it is properly inspected and repaired. We also appreciate you letting us know about the light bulbs. That’s an easy fix, and we will make sure those are replaced right away. We’re so glad you still enjoyed the great view, spacious layout, and well-stocked kitchen.
